The ONLY muffler shop around. Randy actually cares about the work he lets leave his shop. They will always do all of my exhaust work. If you need custom exhaust or just a new muffler, its the only shop I would use. Pricing is always good, sometimes cheaper than other places that do hack jobs. In current times where most shops want to do all the work as fast as possible and let quality of work suffer, Robinsons is for sure the exception. Communication with their customers is key to the quality of their work. Anyone giving them lower than 4 stars is probably also looking for a hand out too. Me and my family live in Rome and always drive to Cedartown for our exhaust work. I wish we had a muffler shop in Rome that had the same quality, but we dont. Great job Robinsons. Keep doing it right.

Does good work but the customer service is rude and the lady that answers the phone sounds like she could care less if business calls. They should really do something about her. I don’t understand why the costumer service is like that in trying to bring business there and it sounds like they could care less. Very unfortunate because work is good.

Once again another example in Cedartown of them acting as they did you you a favor. Rude over the phone, rude customer service in person. Perfect example of why people drive to Rome or other cities to feel their buisensss is appreciated!

Came in and said what I wanted and they excedded my expectations

I needed a set of tires on my car, they told me that they would have to order them but could have them there in an hour.So, after about 50 minutes my phone rang and my tires were indeed there. Then they told me it would be about an hour for them to install my tires. Once again they were correct. I am pleased with there service and prices so far.I will be a return customer untill I have reason not to be.Best Regards,Richard

Honestly I don’t know about this place . It seems like everytime I take my vehicle there they ALWAYS find something else wrong with it then what I take it for . Took it for a oil change and alignment and they called me to say it was making noises and would cost me 250+ to fix it told them I didn’t have the money and they still charged me 40 just to look . Then got my brakes changed and they called me again and said that they found something wrong with my caliper idk maybe they are being honest but maybe have it checked before hand and then take it because im sure they will call you to tell you something else is wrong with It!

I take my 55 Belair to Robinson muffler and had them lower it with new wheels and tires. Randy and Chris did a awesome job. They out of there way to make sure it was perfect and it is perfect.I am very happy with them and will use them on any project I have.Awesome job at a very responsible Price.

I would be ashamed to talk to customers the way this place talks to theirs! Definitely wont be doing any business with this place and would be the last place I would refer anyone! Poor customer service will not get you any where!

My mom had her car towed here due to ac compressors clutch went out, well they had it 2-3 weeks lady at front desk was very rude an hurtful to my mom, welp we get it back an the air doesnt work at all well its our only way of going so of course I gotta wait on it needless to say I been here since 8 an its now 1113 an i ask bout how long an she wanna get smart I will NEVER use this place again!!!! I got 4 kids that are thirsty n hungry

I went in to set up a appointment to bring my truck in to get tires i greeted the lady with hello i wouldwould like to get my tires changes and that i all reddy have the tires i asked if they could schedule me in .the lady at the front desk acted like she was pisted then a old man come out the back and said we are not taking anymore work today he said it like in a unprofessional manner..all thay had to say was leve it we will get to it later I wouldve been ok with that..you suppose to accept all paying customers not run them off and you should all ways greet them with a smile and hello how may I help you ? and they will all ways come to spend money that you can put in your pocket ....P.S. word to the wize ...I wont be back they was bad news from the start

Always takes care of me. And once it took longer than expected the owner gave me the keys to his personal vehicle and I went and got some lunch. Food people!

Pulled the dashboard to do some repair work done on the air bag suspension. They did not hook the antenna to the radio back up properly also scratched the dash. When it was pointed out to them, they said it was already that way (including the antenna)
