Our insurance adjusters hired this gentleman, he was rude and cancelled on our family at the last minute, Im not a fussy person but he was so incredibly nasty and I wouldnt want others to experience this, hopefully he learns better customer service skills...never again!

I hired Krall Plumbing to work on my rental property that was leaking water from the ceiling in the basement. The plumber removed the toilet to see if it was leaking and replaced it. In the process the plumber cracked multiple tiles. Krall Plumbing refuses to take responsibility and take accountability for damages they caused. I would go elsewhere for plumbing work because they are not an honest business.
