I stopped in for a payday loan and Vanisha was wonderful! Very friendly and was able to make small talk while still working on my loan....and the cherry on top was a CLEAN store. I will definitely be going back again, thanks Vanisha!

Love this location. They are very helpful especially Bianca, the store manager is ver nice and has a very pleasant personality. She answered all my questions and made me feel respected and very welcome in the store. Id give 10 stars if i could to her. Give this girl a pay raise she puts her heart and soul into making the experience the best when people come in to the store.

Where previously I had simple transactions and a rapport with the clerk, the store implemented a new clerk who was a damn Spartan. And not in a good way. She made me redo every sheet of paper in my file, go back 6 pay periods (even though my previous ones were in my file already), announced my bank balance out loud while other customers were there, as well as cut the loan amount I usually get in half. Then she elected to comment on how everyone who worked the store before her did it wrong, while telling me to give her an EXACT time I would come in for the repayment.To some, this sounds like responsible behavior, but it was rude, disconnected and made everyone in there wait for extended periods of time to receive service.Ill make the drive to other side of town from now on.
