If I could leave less then one star I would. My daughter had to cancel an appointment because she was sick and had to go get tested for Covid. I called Carol as soon as I knew and 2 months later we receive a bill in the mail for $50. When I contacted Carol regarding this charge she said it was her policy to charge people who have to cancel an appointment. During a pandemic when you have to be so cautious Carol goes out of her way to bill someone who got sick. I am very disappointed that a counselor of mental health does not give leananousy to someone who is physically sick. Perhaps we should have kept the appointment and risked getting other people sick too.... I would not recommend Carol to anyone. She should be ashamed of her reaction to me and her stance on charging sick clients if they contact her to cancel. Only a doctor who is unsuccessful would have the need to charge for a session you did not even have. And to reply to Carols reply to this review, she did NOT offer a telehealth when I called to explain my daughter was sick and had to cancel.
