Would have been nice for an updated store hours. Showed up at 5:02, employees walked out at 5:06. Had some batteries purchased online and in store pickup for a job. Now I need to figure out how to get them or go through hoops to cancel the order.

Be aware that this store doesnt honor the lifetime watch battery replacement that other B+B stores do. I was told that since this is a franchise, they dont have to honor it. Ive been told at other franchise stores that they should. They told me that if I wanted my watch battery replaced, I would have to pay for it. This after having purchased a lifetime replacement. I told them that, if I had to pay for it, I would go elsewhere. When I returned to my home city, I got the battery replaced at B+B for free with no problem. To be fair, Ive shopped at the CR store when I was in town previously (not for watch batteries) and always gotten good service. But Im not sure if Ill return to this one.

I was happy with the knowledgeable friendly service. It was nice to be able to set up a repair for my phone and pick it up on a few hours. Nice to get a detailed description of the repair and any other finding. A very pleasant experience.

Picked up motorcycle battery here. Staff was very quick at finding it. Battery was inexpensive compared to other places.

The battery was cheaper than surrounding auto stores. There was an ability to schedule a time for a service, such as installing a battery, whereas other places do not; therefore, the risk of long waits is decreased. There was also a discount for ordering online and picking up in-store, which gave me the opportunity to save a little money and know the store has what I need at that time. They were also courteous and efficient.

Service was awesome. Jacob and Alex were knowledgeable and superb.

I had an issue with a warranted battery. He worked diligently to restore the battery, but it was beyond repair. I understand that he runs a business and that replacing a battery under warranty likely has a negative impact on the stores earnings. However, the owner was very professional, worked to resolve the battery issue, educated me on how to best care for my specific type of battery and advised that there may be an issue in my system that contributed to the issue. He also advice on how to check my system to ensure I would not have future issues - if that was the case. After determining the battery was not repairable, he honored the warranty. I do plan to continue business with this store with future purchases.

The service at BPB was fast and very friendly. We were able to order easily on line and the gentlemen had it ready for us. The 2 young servicemen working that day were extremely accommodating, polite, and very friendly. Without me even asking for assistance, one of them immediately hauled in my six golf cart batteries without blinking an eye and had a smile every time he walked back into the door. This was my first time shopping here and Ill certainly come back.

I had some issues with my car key fob, which ended up messing up my alarm system. Then, I came over to see if my issues can be resolved, and as soon as I gave my key to Luke, he proceeded to perform the necessary and eventually got my fob replaced. Will definitely re-visit for other services if necessary.

The policy is curbside service due to covid. Since both employees don’t wear masks, I prefer they come to my car. They grumble and say that thay can’t do curbside, but with a little persistence on my part they did come to my car.

It would be nice if you get people know who purchased batteries through your store for their phone that you dont do repairs on the weekend. Then they fix the battery issue and tell me something else is wrong with the phone and they cannot do anything about it. Unorganized and apathetic.

If I could this would be ZERO STARS!The entire experience was a disaster. 1st I arrived and was told a tech that could do I Phones was not in but another guy offered. Came back an hour later took phone, upon plugging it in it would not charge and all of a sudden, I had grey shade marks on the screen. I took phone back and was told “oh well that battery may not work on a 6s..” so they dug my old battery out of the trash and said you will need to go to an Apple store. They put battery in, but lines remained, after getting up set and YELLING that “um” is not an answer about the lines, owner agreed to put a new screen on. Came back two hours later got phone took to a Mac repair store who opened phone but could not remove the battery due to the type of tape used. So, my wife called in tears from the Verizon lot as we started the process to get a new phone when Eric said he might be able to get it out. So back to store we went. Eric did get it out but put it back with no tape, so we could return to the Mac store to get a battery. Eric was the only upside of the entire day and experience with the store. Do not attempt or advertise things beyond what you can do.

A lady and I were both getting our watch battery changed. He told the lady he wouldnt charge her an installation fee despite removing additional corroded material off her watch. He swapped my battery in half the time and charged me for installation. They pick and choose who gets charged. Not coming again.EDIT TO OWNER RESPONSE: In her own words she had never been in there or had the battery replaced. It was her first time being here, she had no lifetime service. She said the watch was a gift. This was not the case.

Have been to store several times for battery related products. So far theyve always had product to help me. Helpful staff. Lot of lighting products, mostly LEDs.Did purchase an expensive battery for electric start lawnmower. Had more mower issues and went to return about 17 days later, it was never used. Looked on receipt for return policy. Was told they had 14 day return policy. Asked where a sign or something told me that. Staff flipped receipt over and the 14 day policy was printed on back side. Be nice if return policy would be printed on the front, but I did learn a valuable lesson.

The life of the cell phone battery I purchased is no better than my original battery. Does not last the day. Very disappointed in the product. Service was good however.

Ordered a car battery after another establishment tested it and told me I need a new one. Before Batteries Plus installed the new battery, they tested my current one and told me that while the battery would need replacing in the next year, the testing didnt not indicate it could be the source of my car problems. They then refunded my battery purchase. I appreciated their honesty and the time they took to test and explain the results to me. I will definitely be buying future batteries from them.

Tried using a company credit card to buy a $20 battery, and since the card wasnt in my name, and my ID didnt match it, I was refused service as a result. When offering options to the employee to resolve the issue and prove that I was authorized to use the card, his stance was thats not our policy. So I left without making a purchase here, and wont be back ever again because I cant physically bring the office to the location to vouch for itself. I casually went to Interstate Batteries on Edgewood Rd and bought the exact same battery without incident, and for $7 cheaper. Cheers to Interstate Batteries for their customer service!

I purchased a battery for my truck about 1.75 years ago (still under warranty) from this location. About a month ago I was having some problems with what appeared to be the battery. I took it in to have them look at it, they told me it was fine multiple times. I spent the next two weeks troubleshooting my entire electrical system with no success. I finally went to another retailer and purchased a new battery which solved the problem. This place is a joke. I spent a lot of time and money troubleshooting for such an easy fix. Stand behind your product.

I ordered a battery for my in-laws PT Cruiser online and intended to have the store install it. When I opened the hood I had a little difficulty securing the prop and the installer said he would not install the battery because it was too dangerous. After I demonstrated that the hood would not fall he looked around the engine compartment, and said he could not install it because the installation required him to remove the air cleaner inlet. Earlier that day I had removed it to inspect the old battery and found it took about a minute to do using only a screwdriver. He said he would have to charge me labor, even though the web site says nothing about extra fees - it is supposed to be free. After I showed him how, he removed the air cleaner, but then could not remove the clamp bolt holding the battery down because he had a deep socket, which would not work because of interference with the air cleaner box. At that point I was frustrated and tired of listening to him complain, so I told him I would do it myself and he should reinstall the air cleaner. I drove home, changed the battery, and returned in 15 minutes. All together, a rather miserable experience dealing with someone that didnt want to do their job. I wont go back. I would have rated this zero stars, but went with one star only because the battery was the correct one and was easy (for me) to install without issues.

Was told item was in stock when it wasnt and then had to wait two weeks to be told it was finally in stock despite being told it would be arriving in a day... over and over again... when I requested a refund since I couldnt come to the store, I was asked for CC number, zip, expiration, and the three-digit verification code. Awful first experience. No wonder people shop at Walmart or other retailers.

Bought a new battery for my iphone as the battery in it was not lasting very long anymore. Went home with a new battery that didnt last as long as the failing battery. Also finding out they can replace an iphone battery but they wont replace it with the same. They told me it was up to me to know that it wasnt an iphone brand battery, but another brand... Fine, Ill pass this info onto any potential customer. If they wont inform a customer I will.Apple will also replace a phone battery, but only if you dont have anyone else mess with it. I could have had that done for free...Lesson learned, I know I cant trust the staff to inform me of what they sell. Wont buy there again.

What a terrible experience. I received a call in the morning from the store to tell me that my items are in. When I call back they tell me they are not in and will notify me when they arrive. Later that afternoon I receive an E-Mail that says the items have arrived, ready for pickup and to bring my credit card along with a printout of the E-mail. When I arrive I am told by a different person that the items are not in and they have no idea of when they will be in.The manager tells me that he will call me on Monday when the truck arrives to let me know the status and if they are on the truck. He did not call so I waited until Tuesday late afternoon and called the store. I was told they were looking at my invoice and they would call me back in a few minutes about the status. Again nobody called me back.I went over to the store after work and got to experience a younger clerk with a serious attitude problem. From the get go this guy talks down to me with condescension and a smug look on his face. He even said to me it is not his problem. After talking with this guy for a few minutes he got on my nerves. When I mentioned cancelling the order he said “Sure I don’t care” and after a couple more smug facial expressions from him I just cancelled the orders. It took this guy almost an hour to get my credit card refunded. Wow talk about adding insult to injury, they can’t even run a credit card refund without messing it up.This is the worst store I have been to, I will say the manager is nice enough but seems truly unaware of what goes on with his staff. He really needs to clean house at this store and get his staff some customer service training.

Go to interstate batteries for your car instead. I bought 2 brand new batteries for my truck a year ago both cost over $500 together. I assumed I was getting great batteries with a 5 year warranty. First winter was great with them truck started great but this year it will be 20 degrees and truck will barely start. I had a parasitic draw test done on the truck thinking I had something drawing power with the truck off, shop said everything was in spec. I tried getting the batteries tested and both positive posts on the batteries were broke and turned. Tried to return under warranty and they wont accept them even tho they are only a year old and they installed them. I will NEVER use batteries plus again. I went to interstate batteries and got 2 of the same batteries for cheaper and a no hassle return policy.

Was easy to find the battery I needed, was offered an online discount and pickup was easy the next day. Two salesmen had their hands full of customers when I arrived and they handled people calmly, quickly and professionally. Very good experience.

Ordered the battery online to get the $10 discount. Went to the store to have it installed because the website said free installation. When I got there they would not install it because it was too cold outside. Theres a definite disconnect between the national website and the local store. They did refund my money though.

My last visit to this location was attrocious, thanks to one particular clerk. Others in front were busy and he came from the back to ask what I needed. He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder from the get-go and immediately made me bristle. Having worked in retail, as have my children, at various times, I make it a practice to give clerks a lot of leeway, but his rudeness was so blatant that I confronted him on his attitude. He then proceeded to lob verbal jabs. Ive never encountered such a negative exchange in a retail environment and I admit I did not back down and take it. The problem began when I returned a battery that not only didnt work but didnt match the original in my device. When I tried to explain the problem, he blamed my device for ruining the new battery. Needless to say, I wont return to that store. PS: He replaced the possibly defective new battery and the device STILL doesnt work! (I gave them one star only because past service hasnt been this bad; otherwise it would be zero.)

BUYERS BEWARE!!,! This places charges a very high price with a decent warranty, but good luck fixing the problems you will have once they are done. After my daughters screen was replaced, the phone did not work properly. They refuse to cover anything under warranty and were going to charge her another $200. We are now taking it another place to get repaired again. The gentleman who claims to work there every day was very rude and condescending. I will not set foot in this store again and I would suggest you dont either.

Very efficient review of the problem and the manager quickly verified the status of my battery and performed a warranty swap. I appreciated both the service and the advice on battery testing and what to do if the problem recurs.

If you are getting a phone battery replacement DO NOT go to Batteries Plus Bulbs! I needed to get a new phone battery for my Samsung Galaxy S7 and it cost 65 bucks after coupon and tax for a battery that loses charge faster than it did before after only two charges! While waiting for the repair to finish, I received no call to tell me that it was completed. I ended up calling them about an hour after they told me it would be done and it sounded like they had forgotten either that they still had to actually repair it or that they had just forgotten to call. Either way, the service is very bad. Please buy a phone battery case and keep your original battery rather than risk getting a worse battery from this store!

Worst experience we have ever had and very frustrating. They wouldn’t answer their phone for over an hour and we went in there and there was no customers and they were watching football. We found out on the way there that they couldn’t even replace one of the batteries so we had to turn around with one of our vehicles. Had their underwear hanging out the whole time they were replacing our car batteries and was texting. When I called corporate the guy just apologized and said he would pass it in but didn’t take my contact number and information. Definitely will never go back!

Absolutely worst retail experience of my life. Do not take your phone or device to this shop for repair of any sorts. Ended up having to go to the store 8 times in total after the work I had done caused other issues. Lots of headaches and frustration. Employees dislike their managers and managers dislike their employees. Please take your devices elsewhere.

Took my Galaxy S7 Edge in to get a new battery. Its a sealed case so I needed a professional to do it. I waited an hour only to come back and find out that they didnt have the battery in stock and it was on back order. So then I had to wait for them to glue the phone back together before I walked out with nothing and still an old battery. Said it would be anywhere between 1-3 weeks before they may possibly get the batteries in. This was actually my second attempt to get a new battery in at Batteries Plus. I had set up an appointment a couple of weeks before that but was told they were out of batteries then too. At least they told me before I had to make a special trip in there that time. I might have to explore alternative battery replacement options at this point.

I replaced my iphone 7 screen and want everyone to know that it will not have the clarity or brightness of the original screen! EVEN THOUGH they will tell it will be even better than the apple screen DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I even specifically asked if I would be able to read the screen with my prescription polarized sunglasses and they said yes. After it was replaced and I could not read the screen with my sunglasses they told me my only options to not get sued was to pay a $30 labor fee to get my cracked screen put back on or pay for the screen. EVEN though they gave me false info! They said that this was not in the paper work that I signed. This company does not care about customers. I was not surprised when they told me a customer last week was so pissed off about the lack of understanding here that he broke the window on his way out. Shop here only if you like to pay for stuff you wont get!

The online ordering and pickup was easy. I was notified my order was ready and was there in minutes. I loaded up the batteries and went home. The next morning I started to change the batteries when I found out i was given the wrong ones..called the store for them to refuse to deliver the correct ones as I had a non running vehicle and no other vehicle to get there. He refused to compensate for the mistake or anything. I had to have a buddy take time out of his day to take me in. When I get there he still refuses to compensate for the mistake and finally just gives me a dumb flash light. I will be taking my business somewhere else where they can atleast read a part number.

Terrible service. I go into your store last night to ask about iPhone 6s batteries, you say youll have a new shipment this morning. I make sure and call ahead of time which was this morning! And you said you have one for me. Arrive no more then 10 minutes later and you say you dont have any? Until next week? What a waste of my time and gas.

Got email to pick up 2 batteries, went the next day and only had one. Said delivery truck coming the next day but couldnt tell me if there was going to be a battery on it. If not they can keep them and I go somewhere else.

Placed online order Thursday morning. Employee (A) sent confirmation that the battery was ready for pickup. After work, went home, jump started my Jeep (with dead battery) and wife and I went to go have it installed, then we planned on dinner on that side of town. Arrived at store and spoke with employee (B), he told me employee (A) was sending confirmation emails when batteries were not available and a lot of upset customers were coming in all day. Why they didnt call to let me know my battery was not in and not to come out I dont know. Employee (B) said they should get more on the truck the next day and theyd call when it was in. NOTE: I noticed a battery on the counter in front of me that looked exactly like the one I ordered, hmmmm. So had to jump start the Jeep again and drove home, got wifes car and went back to that side of town for dinner. Friday morning I received an early morning call from employee (A) letting me know the batter was in. I asked if the truck had already made deliveries, seemed awful early. He told me my battery had been on the counter. SO it WAS my battery. So Friday after work I jump start the Jeep AGAIN and drive over to the store. Of course now its super busy there so I wait and wait but finally get the battery installed. No explanation on what happened, no apologies for the extra couple hours and hassle. Could of saved me a lot of time if theyd get their ___ straight.

Worst service ever! Went in to get a minor crack on iPhone6 display fixed. Was charged $129.99 and asked to pick it up 1.30 hrs later.The technician failed to fix the cracked display. He ended up messing up the home button on the iPhone and to make matters worse he cracked the display further,Ended up taking it to Mac Headquarters where the unit was completely fixed.Even though I was promised a reimbursement by batteries plus, they only returned $129.99.So much for standing by their work and word.Horrible, rude unapologetic manager Dylan and technicians. STAY AWAY!!!

Checked into their recycling options. Snapped a pic of price sheet, but the descriptions are pretty cryptic. I think florescent tube are 18 cents per foot so 4 ft tube is $0.72. CFL I think are $10.50 / lb.

Closed 12 minutes early after I called ahead to make sure they would be open after I bought something online for in-store pickup. We pounded on the door for about five minutes and the guy inside wouldnt open the door. Whoever closed the store tonight should be fired. Cant just close early after saying you would be open.

The old dude there with the beard and coke bottle glasses wont let me return a brand new bulb thats never been used because his eyes mistakenly think the filament is busted. Now I have to install it even though its never been installed and take a.picture of it working to prove hes wrong. Hed rather spend time exchanging profanities with a customer in a place of business then take back a 3.99 microwave light bulb that was never screwed into the socket! Lol. Complete nutjob!

Pro: ordered online and battery came pretty quick. The store called me right away. Battery was ready to go when I came. Price was good.Con: ordered a Duracell battery but got an Exide battery. Store employee told me when I showed up about the switch, but I thought they should have called me about that earlier since I showed up with my old battery already out of the car. The Exide battery does not have a pro-rated warranty after the free replacement period is over but the Duracell does. The Duracell warranty was part of the reason I ordered from Batteries Plus. I came back to the store and the manager gave written documentation that the Duracell warranty would apply to the Exide battery so that was good. Would have been better if I knew this in advance so I could have thought it over first and decided if I would take the Exide or hold out for the a Duracell. It worked out OK in the end.
