They didnt pretend to follow mask protocols from the CDC, refusing to care for their clients or those most at risk, their employees. No one had a mask and I saw 4 people. They did have hand sanitizer way back behind other things on their reception desk. Cmon folks, wearing a mask protects others. If you dont want my business, just say so. Its just like wearing a condom, its showing regard for everyone. As a small business, send every customer should matter, but especially their employees! Plus they will be there to do the work you have, keeping your doors open.They did a nice job on the pieces they cut for me so Ill give them some props for that

This is my go to place whenever I need glass.One time I took a door in to be glazed, they measured then cut the glass wrong. When I pointed it out they quickly rectified it without any fuss. I know mistakes happen, we are human, its how these mistakes are dealt with that make the difference between good and bad service. This place has great service. I wouldnt hesitate in using them again.

Had made appointment a week out to get estimate to measure glass window at a rental house for mid morning. arrangements were made with renter to be there and they never showed up. They finally called me late afternoon to tell me they weren’t coming and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I would never do business with a company that can’t even make a scheduled appointment

Broken house window. I was told to remove window and bring it in for ordering of glass. I removed it and brought it to them so they could order right type. They took all measurements and told me it would take about 10 days to get it in, so broken window was taken home and reinstalled. Two weeks later I was told it was in. I again removed the broken window, took it to them, only to be told they had gotten the wrong glass in. Took broken back home, reinstalled again, and was told a rush would be put on it. Nope, two weeks later I was called again, same removal and trip to the store. Forecast was for change of rain, so I asked to please rush and call when done. 7 hours later, no call, so I called only to find out it was done and no one bothered to call. No deductions from price, no apologies were made. Poor follow up, poor organization, and certainly does not seem that they care about customer service. After all the mishaps, I got a Thanks for your business as I walked out, as they were oblivious to the many errors they had done-no tracking of my situation. Never again. I will look elsewhere for my glass needs.

I ordered a piece of glass to be cut and was told it would be ready on Friday. I called back on Friday and they had no record of my order. I wont use them again.
