I recently booked something with this company and because they did not ask or tell me the equipment type needed i was not given a TONU because for my truck not being dock high. Then the owner of the company instead of accepting the fact that he made a mistake and paying for it he rudely gets off the phone and doesnt compensate me at all for my time and gas that it took get there. Wouldnt answer the question of why wasnt the equipment type specified Ignorant and does not know how to communicate effectively or take accountability.

We have worked with Hybrid for about 12 years. Hauling freight for them has been easy. Its a trust working relationship on both sides. When given a load, the details are correct. We dont have to worry about changes or even cancellations at the last minute. They do not check with us to be sure we are still going to take care of the load. We keep them up-to-date on loading/unloading, and they trust us to take care of the load without wanting to know where we are every second of the route. Invoices are paid within 30 days. Good company!

Sometimes work can be frustrating starting at a new place with no previous experience in the transportation industry so expect a learning curve and its a fast-paced environment which isnt for everyone. I worked with a lot of great people and would recommend working here to anyone. I looked forward to going to work everyday.
