I was just blessed. I’ve been soooo stressed and ripping and running around getting documents together, as I’m trying to make it back into China. I needed some documents shipped and ASAP! I got all the way to fedex only to realize they don’t take prepaid cards. I just use my cashapp card cause, I lost my debit and I refuse to order a new card, I have pics cause I like to online shop. Anyyyywho. They wouldn’t take my cashapp card or cash. Then they told me to get a return label you have to have an account. I had gotten there 30 minutes earlier but because of the confusion and frustration they were about to close in 5 minutes. And I about broke down in tears, and I explained I need this done today. They walked me through the process and didn’t charge me for any copying or scans they took. The lady, Shanna, told me that 2020 has been full of enough disappointments, and that she only wanted 2021 to be full of positivity and she was determined to be a light in someone’s 2020. And I hope she knows she was definitely a light in mine!

Online printing and pick up is pretty easy to set up online. I had a question, called in, staff person was friendly and helpful. I placed the order and paid online around 9:30 then received an email: job ready by 11:30. For bigger print jobs its so much easier to use Fed-Ex than my HP home printer. Next time Ill try some coil binding, prices are very reasonable. Finished product came in a cute box.

I went in to ship my package and was having trouble of how I wanted to send the package and it got busy so I was trying to be kind and let the assistant manager Shanna help the people behind me. She went over to help another customer and said she would help him after she was done helping bubba over there ie me. Super unprofessional

I had a mix up with a package that was entirely my fault. Shanna went above and beyond not only making a few calls, but literally found exactly where my package was so I could get it before Easter. Amazing customer service!

Arrogant, Rude and just plain terrible. While dropping off one of the many hundreds of samples that I have shipped using this service over the last decade, I was interrogated by the staff over the contents of my envelope. When I questioned the interrogator, she became even more imperious and began acting as if she were some sort of East German Stasi agent, or God knows what, and informed me in so many words that my business was not appreciated or needed. I would strongly recommend that anyone who has a historical memory avoid, even boycott this company until it realizes that it is the customer is who is important! We have too many businesses already with an entitlement mentality. Why patronize such places? What happened to The customer is always right?

The staff is helpful. They took care of everything I needed. A little pricey.

Was able to conviently and quickly print from a USB drive. Prices are ok. You are able to view previews before printing and it groups the print charges into one receipt. They have boxes for shipping and staff is helpful.

I called to ask a simple question like, Hey I just recieved an email saying I missed my delivery, is this where I can pick it up from? (the other fed ex on edgewood had a guy who could barely speak english picking up their phones and I couldnt understand a single word he was saying) This time I got some girl with an attitude who made me feel like I was a complete inconvience and an idiot for asking such a question. She said no, and you need to wait till 7pm. So I asked what address I can pick it up from, she said at one of our substations. I said what? because ive never heard of a fed ex office being called a substation, nor has google for that matter. She responded with AT-ONE-OF-OUR-SUBSTATIONS.... I was baffled at the response, said goodbye and hung up. Fed Ex is supposed to have the highest repuation amongst the package delivery businesses [ Weve all seen castaway =) ] But after calling today and to get such a rude response for such a simple question like that has steered me away from ever using their services again. I would rather go through United Package Smashers after today. See ya fed ex. at least UPS is friendly

Shanna was super helpful and very friendly.

I just called to speak to a customer service representative and they didnt even pick up the phone so I just hung up how rude.

They make you wait for a simple drop-off.

Do not use them - deliveries are NEVER on time or a schedule - UPS can come 9-10 and Post Office 12 noon but not FedEx. Driver is rude and cant read labels and drops our packages to other businesses by us. And what doe end of day mean? We close at 4:40 that is the end of our day.

They shipped my package 500 miles past my house. When i asked for some sort of refund, they said they didnt do refunds.

We recieved the wrong pkg. It didnt have our name or address on it. Our pkg was delivered to the wrong address also.

Charged 20 dollars to fax a few pages

Good place but a bit expensive.
