These folks are very helpful when you call on the phone. You cant just walk in there anymore with coven going on. Ive earned some equipment from them and its been top-notch never any problems is very well maintained. The company sells its equipment at a period of about four to six years old. So youre always going to get newer equipment from Sunbelt rentals. Now I dont know about the other Sunbelt rentals but the one we have in here the branch manager had been in the rental business with his family. And if hes the one thats making it so everything is so nice and easy then give him the credit. We will be renting more equipment from him because of the cleanup for the derecho on August 10th 2020. An hour long of 140 mph winds took down a lot of trees. So Ive been using their skid loaders with grapples to load the trees and if you get them cut. I got to give them a plus plus for what they do.

Rented a machine over a aweekend experienced mechanical issue they sent a technician over Saturday morning I was up and running again great service and people to work with.

Sorry, but this may sound like a bit of a commercial.I own a small business here in cedar rapids and Ive been into other rental places where I was treated like I was inconveniencing the staff.My experience at Sunbelt has been exactly the opposite. This includes a day where I had reserved some equipment and then canceled when I was picking it up. They were courteous, quick, and gave that level of customer service that I wish I could find everywhere I did business.My thanks to the staff both behind the front desk and the guys that help load me up. Ill be back again.

Sunbelt has all types of rental equipment. From different types of aerial lifts small electric hand tools. As a contractor, I have had great luck finding what I need there. If they dont have something in stock or in their inventory they are able to order something in for you as well.

I rented multiple items for residential use from Sunbelt. There were a few problems with the equipment, but I exchanged it the next business day and got something that worked. The staff was very helpful addressing my problems and coming up with solutions.
