Actually..... a rip off! I was quoted 150.00 170.00 over the phone and it ended up costing me 234.00. Unprofessional arguing to his supervisor over the phone about about quotes and he treated trainee by yelling at him. I will never use this company ever again! It was very stressful situation... And I have never paid that much ever 😕

I have used Actually Clean for both residential and business for the last 3 years for both carpet and upholstery.Every time I call, I speak to someone courteous and I’m scheduled quickly and with ease.I have asked for a quote over the phone. It makes sense giving a quote over the phone is not something they can do because they can’t judge the amount of cleaning or treatments needed unless they are looking at the carpet or upholstery in person.They do vary sometimes on when they show up but it’s understandable given that some carpets may take longer to clean to their high standards.The kids who show up are trained properly and if asked a question they can’t answer, they call their boss to get the information they need to answer accurately.EVERY carpet cleaning truck is loud. I can’t believe someone would take the time out of their day to complain about something they can’t control.I’m also impressed by their follow-up after they have competed their work. Our sump pump failed and we had inches of water in our basement. The team was quick to come out but sent a couple young kids out who just cleaned the carpets instead of actually inspecting the situation.Later a gentleman brought fans out to help dry things out. Came backs few days later and things weren’t drying. A few days later he brought someone from their Cedar Rapids office and they said our carpet wasn’t drying because of the protective pad underneath it. They should’ve never cleaned it and set up fans. It should’ve been ripped out right away.Instead of taking ownership for their mistake they just took our money and ignored our attempts to resolve the situation. We are small business owners and when we make mistakes, we don’t blow our customers off. We take ownership and make it right, even if it costs us.It was a terrible experience and they are completely unprofessional. Steer clear!

I have been using Actually Clean for four years and they are great! When there is a spot in the carpet, they dont just go over it once, they work at it to get it out. They rake the carpet with a special rake at the end to make it look great when it dries and to help it dry faster. They just did my carpets and two white couches last Friday and I have never been happier with the results. Great job!!!

Besides scheduling issues my carpet looks amazing! The 2 gentleman were excellent listener

Set up a carpet cleaning today at 2 p.m. 2 rolls around, nothing. My roommate calls. They apologize, theyre running late, theyll be here at 3 p.m. 3 comes around. No phone calls to me, no calls to my roommate, nothing. Roommate calls at 3:30 p.m. The supervisor says he will talk with the crew, and they will call me. At 4, I still havent heard anything, so I call the main office to tell them we are no longer interested in our 2 p.m. cleaning. They call my roommate at 4:10 to say they can send someone in 15 minutes. Never. Hirer. These. People.

Was supposed to come at 12:00. At 1:15 I call to find out where they are, they’re running behind and said they will be here by 2:00. 2:00 rolls around, nothing. I waited until 4:00 and still the never showed or called! I took the afternoon off work to sit around for nothing. I would never recommend this company!

Their cleaning truck is illegally loud. Were at an outdoor restaurant a half block from their POS truck, cant hear anything due to the unbearable noise.

Called to get a QUOTE! They refused to give me a quote without coming out to look at the carpet and said they can clean it then too.. Umm no. This was after emailing for a quote and being told to call instead. I gave all the information they needed. HORRIBLE customer service!
