Ryan Melton was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping us with our roof damage. We were not even sure it was an insurance issue until he found wind and hail damage on the roof of our house and shop. Even though our roof was aged, he helped by communicating with our insurance company and we were able to replace both roofs and all gutters for the cost of our deductible! What an awesome company and i highly recommend to anyone in need!!

Superstorm did a great job working with me and my family to repair storm damage. They partnered with us and our insurance company, as well as the inspectors, to ensure all damage was discovered and included on the claim. Even with material shortages and high demand for work due to the derecho, the general contractor did a great job keeping us informed. Sub-contractors that were both professional and great at their trades were selected, and the roofing and siding were both executed well and with great attention to detail. The crews did a good job of cleaning up after the work, and the house looks great!Ryan was always back to me within 24 hours of any call or concern (most of the time within an hour), despite having a record number of homes needing repair in the area. Though he was juggling at least a dozen other homes in my neighborhood at the same time, he helped me feel like I was his only client when he was working with us.I am very picky when it comes to repairs on my home. The jobs were masterfully done, and my 130 year old house looks brand new again, thanks to Ryan and his team of sub-contractors.

Ryan Melton was great, very meticulous from start to finish, in making sure everything was correct, what we agreed upon and up to code. He went over everything including my insurance estimate, very knowledgeable about insurance and roofs. Sent multiple photos/information during the whole tear off/replacement process. Upfront on any issues and extra costs that arose. Ryan happened to stop over for final signatures during the derecho storm on 8/10/2020 and even chipped in to help remove some tree branches as a tree fell over and blocked his truck in my driveway. And since the roof was completed only about two days before the storm, I believe it held up great, but offered to come back and inspect to make sure; Would have inspected right after the storm if I had a tall enough ladder. They take great pride in their work and care about the happiness of their customer over their work as well! Thanks guys! Great job!

We were very impressed with our crew that came to do our roof repair. They came and immediately went to work. They worked nonstop until the roof was done. Tear off, repair and new roof were completed in 3 hours including cleanup. The crew were very polite and did a great job.

After the Cherocho I didn’t know where to begin. One major concern was the shingles off my roof & minor water damage in my living room. Superstorm was here to help another neighbor. I went over and asked if there was any way they could seal where my shingles were missing. They were happy to do so. That night Ryan from Superstorm called to set up an appointment to see the damage done. He asked to be called when the adjuster was here. He would meet with that person. He was here as promised and walk through everything with the adjuster. I was very thankful and pleased with his follow up & pointing out things I had not noticed. Feeling very good about working with this company even Though we haven’t started the actual work yet.
