Super rude service, got hung up on, lady on the phone wouldn’t give me her name or managers name. Would definitely not recommend anyone to go to the Cedar Rapids location

They told us exactly how much it would cost. There was no fluctuation in price. They were willing to do research and consistently called back and checked in with us. The company as a whole was very friendly. The atmosphere was clean and tidy! If you want reliable service this is it - they having certain business hours but constantly have someone on call in case you need anything which is hard customer service to find. They take notes in their system so if you get a different person they know exactly what is going on and you do not have to reexplain anything. They are a very orangized unit. Great service overall.

This bail bonds crosses the line when comes to being an upstanding business. They have no professionalism nor do they even know what that means. They commit crimes on their own, against people that use their service. They think they are above the law and have no decency what so ever for a persons privacy or personal property. Make sure you know what you are signing when you get a bond through them, because they will break down doors and not care who they hurt in the process. They will bad mouth your private affairs on social media and contact family members with lies about how they think you run your life.

Being a nation wide bails bond but declining help because someone is not from the County your arrested in...funny. They cant even call back to let you know, smh.
