I’ve been with Don for years. While fortunate to have very few claims, the ones that I’ve had were handled wonderfully. Even when I thought about switching companies; I talked with Dogs n and realized the picture with multiple cars and home insurance. The absolute best.

When nobody else wanted to insure my home, Shelter Insurance was there to cover me! When the storm hit Iowa in August Shelter Insurance was very helpful with walking me through the process of a claim. I was also happy to receive insurance money for repairs in a timely manner.I have auto insurance with Shelter Insurance and its a better deal than any other company Ive gone through in the past.

My insurance company is fantastic. They always are fast to take care of any claims especially after the storm. They were fair and fast, I had my checks within a couple days after the adjuster was here. We were reimbursed for food we lost. I couldnt be happier with them. Our agent is great and always responds quick with any questions or problems we have. I always tell everyone that has had problems with their insurance company that I have Shelter and theyre the best. Im happy to say I have absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you Shelter insurance and Don Fuller!!
