Grumpy old men, except PerryWhen we first came in looking for flooring, Perry helped us out. Very patient, courteous and honest. We loved the store. We selected somethings and Perry gave us samples to take home.He later told us that those are unavailable, so we found something at Home Depot. We still wanted to give this local store our business, so we went back there for our tiles.Perry wasnt there. We told this other person what happened. His response: Seriously? You went to Home Depot? People come here FROM there!. We explained about the availability, and got no response. We then picked some tile and asked for pricing. Sorry, you need to wait for Perry. Availability? Nope. Can we get a sample? Perry can, he is out.Dont go to this place.

Rude customer service as soon as we walked in. We didn’t get his name. He talked down to us as if we were children instead of helping us choose flooring based on our preferences. It was so uncomfortable. We couldn’t get out fast enough.

Perry is a wonderful guy and has a store with great collections. From the day we started building our house, I checked his store constantly to make a flooring decision for my house. He is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for a long time. He cares about getting you the right thing more than the money he ends up making. I wanted a particular species and color of hardwood. Since he did not deal with that company, he suggested I should go to his competitor down the road - that I should rather do a flooring I like than try and nudge me to one of his collections. The store he referred to was also wonderful. It is unfortunate that he did not get to do my flooring - but I wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone to his store.

I worked with Perry and he was very helpful and understanding in what turned out to be (due to myself) a somewhat long process of choosing and installing new wood floors. My choices were a bit out of the mainstream but he was understanding and helped me be efficient and economical. Go on in and get some help with your project.

If I could give 20 stars I would. As a first time home builder/buyer, I was incredibly naive and nervous about many things, including what flooring to choose. I worked with John and he was so amazing. He took his time with me and made me feel incredibly comfortable. He even caught a mistake that my builder made and fought in my corner to make the builder fix the mistake. I would recommend them 100%!!

Went in to find a border to match a tile purchased elsewhere. The customer service is terrible. The only person that attempted any level of engagement proceeded to insult the tile that I purchased elsewhere and tell me that I purchased inferior product. I should mention that this is the second time I have visited this location and my first impression was no better.
