I wish I could give zero stars. They came out and measured for a number of products. Waited two weeks for a quote and called to find out status. They said they were working on it. Waited another two weeks to call. They said they were not going to quote it because some of the ramps (one of the three types of items my disabled child needed) were not a great fit. Over a month lost, and now starting from scratch. Have the decency to tell people what is going on. SOOOO very disappointed.

I felt your prices were reasonable. 101 Mobility called the manufacturer to get my specific questions answered. 101 Mobilitys responses were very timely. I liked that you also included the information in an email. I felt that this company was honest and reliable.

I am very impressed by the level of service Kellye and her team provided. My wife and I purchased an outdoor chairlift for her parents. Kellye and her office personnel Ashley, were very patient throughout the process, providing information so that my in-laws were comfortable with having an outdoor chairlift. Never was there any pressure to purchase the chairlift. After the chairlift was installed, my in-laws had some additional questions and I met Kellye at their home and she patiently answered all their questions!The Bruno outdoor chairlift provides excellent value for the money. 101 Mobility provides outstanding personalized service! We have a Bruno SRE-3000 chair lift that came with our house that stopped working. I called these guys and them came right out and fixed it. We did not know that it is supposed to be plugged in at all times. If you unplug it apparently it ruins that batteries. We did not know that. They replaced the batteries and then gave the whole unit and tune-up and made sure it was safe. Friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgable and they really care because they know that people that own these really need these for quality of life. Bravo. They did exactly what I wanted.
