When I was at Lakeline Mall that day picking myself out a pair of diamond earrings, I went to each and every jewelry store in the Lakeline Mall. I had the most wonderful sales team, Duke and Suzanne made my buying experience FUN!! How many people can say they had a blast buying diamonds. I did not feel pressured and they were sticking within my budget and not trying to over sell. This was a very important purchase for me after 15 years of marriage they helped me pick out my first (and forever) diamond wedding set.

Visited Kay Jewelers on a recent shopping trip. Was really impressed with the selection and the customer service was very helpful. We got sized for ring sizes and checked out other things like earrings and necklaces. Overall a great experience on a trip to Lakeline Mall and glad we stopped in here to check out some Jewelry.

Duke was F A N T A S T I C!!!!!! We went to many different shops/jewelers to get a feel for what I wanted and everyone was very aggressive and did not really care what I wanted. Everywhere felt like a sale until I came in here. I would absolutely recommend coming to this Kays specifically for Duke. I found the perfect fit!

Duke gave us the best customer service out of any jewelry store we visited. Incredibly funny , gave great suggestions, and turned what had been a stressful experience at other stores into a memorable visit. 10/10

Super friendly staff willing to help. Ordered a ring online, came in slightly smaller than stated size, so they sent it to the repair center at no charge.

So disappointed with this place. My husband bought me a princess diamond ring, witch was o expensive and that ring didn’t make it to the next inspection (every six months you bring the ring in for inspection). We pay the insurance on that ring to. After 5 months the he diamond fell down, I can’t explain the anxiety and the disappointment. Luckily I found a stone in my house I bring it back to the shop and they repair it for me but I had to choose a different prong for my ring, Which I had to pay for. I pick a different prong which is called “V” prong setting, and that come out very badly. I ma so disappointed, I don’t were the ring because I am afraid to lose the diamond. That V prong setting is made so bad, Those points of the prongs hang on everything, and they scratch like claws.

Only two people there and we were ready to buy a ring that same day but one one greeted us until 20 minutes of us waiting. We got so tired of waiting we just left. Hire more people and greet everyone, especially if we see you looking at us

Today I visited Kay Jewelers inside of the LakLine Mall and had a great experience! Marti the store manager was very kind and provided great assistance in picking out the perfect ring.💍 My girl and I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend coming here.

I had picked up my engagement ring from being resized and noticed the next morning a diamond was missing. I had taken a photo of my ring less than two hours after picking it up and noticed the diamond was also missing in the picture. (It could have fallen out during that short time I realize, but part of me suspects it was missing when I picked it up.) I brought the ring back and told them I also noticed the center stone was loose. I could feel it wiggle and you can hear it jingle when you tapped it. I waited two and a half weeks. When I went to pick up my ring the diamond was STILL missing. The manager picked up my ring that same day and brought it to the jewelers and I had it back the next day. In my excitement to have my ring back, I forgot to check if the center stone was tightened. I remembered a couple days later and... STILL loose. This means the jeweler had it in their possession for two and a half weeks and did absolutely NOTHING with my ring. This also means when they received it back at the store they didnt look it over or check it like they claimed they did. I brought my ring to a different Kay after I confirmed they didnt use the same jeweler as this location. (I think all Kays use the jewelers in Zales but I could be wrong.) The people at this location are friendly. But there are some quality control measures that are seriously lacking at both the jewelers and the store.

Duke is a consummate professional who listens to his customers patiently. He gives you detailed description of each item so that you can make best decision based on your needs, budget and timelines. Would definitely recommend Kay and Duke for the quality of product and service

Disappointed in this Kay as they close earlier than the mall does. It clearly says they close at 7 on google. Drove 45 minutes just to miss their “6:30” mark and All I needed was a a pickup. Probably going to change locations after this.

I have been a Kays loyal member for 20 years!This establishment is my go to for every occasion at Lakeline Mall.The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy for just a sale.I followed Duke from another location but they are like family and know what my style and taste is.They have a nice collection of everything and their is always sale items and huge assortment of fine jewelry. THANKS to the team for all of their help!!

I have been waiting days for items to be shipped to me. I was supposed to be called when the items made it to the store but had to call three separate times and was told 3 different things. Management here is a joke. I had to talk to three different people and still havent received anything. I was told someone called me when something happened with my order this Tuesday and they lied. I was promised it to be handled tomorrow but have lost faith in this store. I am hoping that someone from corporate is seeing these reviews because they are very unprofessional. I was told sorry many times but that doesnt fix over a weeks worth of waiting with no updates on anything unless I called. I will post another review once I get a call from them tomorrow to see if they lie to me again. I have been a customer for a few years and the process normally isnt this terrible. I get retail stores get busy but as a long time customer this is unacceptable.

I have been buying jewelry from Kay Jewelers inside Lakeline Mall (#1540) for about 3yrs now. Ive never had to return anything until today. Irina has helped me with past purchases and today her true customer service skills showed exactly why she is still working at this location. Dont bother going anywhere else to look for chains, watches, or earrings. Simply go see Irina. Happy New Year!

12 years ago my husband and I had played a deposit for our wedding bands after we had agreed on a price with the assistant manager. Well 24 hrs later the store manager called us and he upped the price by $800 from what we had agreed upon. So we had to make a trip out here to get our money back so we could go to Zales to get the same bands (from the same company that made them) for the same original price we had tried to buy them for from Kays. My husband and I have never returned to a Kays jewelers ever since that one poor practice. You shouldnt up prices after prices were agreed upon and deposits paid.

I have been going to this jewelry store for 2 years now. Its absolutely amazing the service is always amazing and the jewelry is beautiful. I do have to mention the 2 sales people who have always been the most amazing helpful people here. First is Kim who was the first person I have ever encountered here. She help me design my engagement ring for my wife and it turned out absolutely amazing. The 2nd is Liz who is my number one sales person here. She so amazingly helpful and caring. No matter what I need she will always go above and beyond to help me out. This is the only jewelry store I go to and that wont change any time soon.

Out of all the jewelry stores I had to choose from I would say this one is the best. The friendly staff member Mike was super helpful. He greeted me with great enthusiasm and listened to what I had to say. This made shopping for my wife very easy because he asked good questions and gave excellent advise. If I could give more stars I would.

Every time I go there, whether its to browse or shop, everyone is so friendly! Its always a nice experience. I love getting help from Alan and Mike. They are the reasons I keep coming back! Even if Im not buying theyre super friendly and helpful and a lot of fun!

I went in here to check my ring size and also browse through the collection. A gentleman named David assisted me and he was not only extremely helpful but he also gave a concise description of the different types of rings available available at the store.Great customer service !

The Round Rock outlet location ruined my ring under a warranty repair. I took it in with one bad prong and it came back with four bad prongs (like someone took a hammer to it!) and a crooked center stone. Did they steal my stone, too? Corporate begged me to allow them to make it right and failed at that as well at the Lakeline Mall location. After getting it back twice after their promise date, my ring is still ruined and is going to a real jeweler who actually knows what they’re doing. What a joke!

Make sure you know what your warranty covers. My mother bought 3 necklaces(one for each daughter at Christmas). She also bought the warranty for them. She is 93. 3 weeks after Christmas the chain broke. I went to this store and they said not covered. But I could buy another warranty to cover it every time it breaks! The manager-Alan, actually said that it will break repeatedly because it is siver and it is cheap! His words exactly! I thought that Kay Jewelers was a reputable company with quality merchandise! Guess not according to Alan the manager.I had to buy a secondary warranty to cover the chain and to get it fixed repeatedly. What a rip off! My mother was not trying to save money she was buying lasting gifts. NIce way to treat a customer and senior citizen. I dont have the heart to tell her about this.

Horrible service! The first time we walked up to the store the sales person was helping someone and no other associates were around. We waited, but were never recognized. A simple we will be with you in moment would have been nice. We left and finished the rest of our shopping. We came back and there were at least three sales people. My husband asked for help. The young female associate came over, I pointed to the charm I wanted. She grabbed one and said nothing else. She then walked way with no further conversation. So, I followed. When the total came up it was $60 over the price! I looked she had gotten the wrong charm. Her only statement was Oh no apolog! Then she went over and got the right charm which she handed to a guy working behind the counter. He came over and tried to hand me the charm I asked if he could please put the charm on the bracelet for me, he said nothing and started struggling with the charms. The girl corrected the transaction and said heres your receipt. They were extremely rude. We use Kay Jewelers at the Killeen Mall and I have excellent service!
