They are good until they screw up. Very disappointing in the customer service dept! I was billed for an address correction to a company I send weekly packages to (and have been for 2+years with unishippers) and after checking prior bills and verifying the address I called in to get it figured out. Zero compassion, zero effort, zero care. The rep wanted me to send proof I hadnt been charged this before...um what? Would it hurt to even say, I apologize let me check on this? OR show any type of a concern?Maybe I got a bad rep but I wont be using them any further. Customer service should be #1 priority and it was made very clear this company doesnt care about our business. Ill have to wait another couple of days to see if UPS is going to waive the charge and then they will let me know and take care of on their end...sounds like the middle man doesnt like to take middle man responsibility to me. See ya unishippers, wont be back!
