Relocating to Austin from Mexico after a two year student exchange program in France as a single female in my early twenties is already super scary. Michael is an all star when it comes to Austin area apartments. He is highly experienced in this unforgiving game that apartment hunting has become. He works extremely quickly to find up to date leasing information and even stays on the phone with you for the leasing applications to make sure your paperwork looks the best out of hundreds of other potential tenants. Just make sure your ready to jump on a place when you call him because this Austin market since COVID is terrible and prices change daily.I tried 4 other apartment locators before him with no luck because they had contracts to stick to. He made sure to get in touch with me and explain to me the purpose of finding an apartment the right way. All I can say is I am stress free!! I went into the process stressed as I still had to be at work and find an apartment within two weeks.
