My customer service experience at Music & Arts (near Lakeline Mall) was above and beyond! David was very helpful and understanding to my situation when I needed to rent out an instrument for my son. Their rental policy is customer friendly and convenient. I highly recommend this beautiful store!

Their website lists Repairs as part of their services. They in fact do not do repairs.

I am an utter novice at effects pedals, but was considering getting some for exploring sound manipulation. I also needed some new guitar strings for an old childs guitar. On my birthday I decided to wander around town checking out music stores. Music and Arts was my first stop, where the kind salesperson Ethan told me all I wanted to know, made some excellent recommendations, hooked me up with some strings and what turned out to be an excellent first pedal - AND he even mentioned, unprompted, they had a sale going on so I was able to save some money :) Highly recommend!

Pretty solid music store. However, DONt SET UP INSTRUMENT INSURANCE HERE!!!! DO STRAIT MUSIC. If your instrument is broken in some way, they will ship it off somewhere and youll get it back in 2 weeks to a month. Strait Music is MUCH faster.

I love this new location of Music & Arts! I’m a piano teacher, so I come often to buy music for my students. The books and sheet music are in brand new condition (no bent pages or worn spines) and were alphabetically organized and fully stocked. The customer service is great! The manager, David, and his team are helpful and friendly. Last month, I also bought a professional model Yamaha flute for my daughter at this location. The price was much lower than everywhere else I checked online and around Austin, Houston and Dallas.

This is a new place that I stumbled upon en route to Best Buy. I never made it to Best Buy as I stayed at the music store for an hour. I really enjoyed what this store offers and their staff is super helpful and knowledgable. Plus, they had students and teachers performing all kinds of music! Cool place!

I first came here looking for an instrument cable, I ended up walking out signing my kid up for piano classes. If you are or your kids are into music, This is your store. The classes are great and so are the teachers. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

New Music and Arts store just opened. It will be nice to have a music store close for emergency string purchases, etc. I picked up a new cake of rosin today.
