My husband and I rented a F250 truck and we had amazing customer service. The supervisor that helped us was very friendly and upbeat. I could tell he took pride in his job. Thank you!

Dealt with this same person while renting truck on two different occasions.First time while returning the truck with a gas receipt that was about $2 (because I did not drive too far to get my work done). The guy on the cash register without even looking at the truck starting talking rude claiming its not possible to fill the tank for $2, and that I did not fill up the tank. I asked him to go check the truck before jumping to the conclusion, when he looked at the truck he was really disappointed that the tank was full.Next time again it was my bad luck I had to deal with the same guy this time, I forgot to remove two small flat cardboard boxes in the truck and all of a sudden he got very rude, For all that trash in the truck, I am going to charge you and in my head I am like Dude first its two small cardboard boxes that I left unintentionally, you did not have to talk rude, even when you need to charge me to remove thoseWhile not everyone is like that in that place but hopefully the management looks at such people in the staff and take corrective actions.

I came in on Friday 12/8/17. I am working on putting some plywood flooring in my attic and needed 17 sheets of 3/4 plywood, some 2x4, and accessories. I did not have a truck so I was renting one.I have to say that it was a VERY good experience shopping with your store 6585 (Cedar Park). The older gentlemen in the Pro area was very helpful in ringing me up while I was renting the truck. Shout out to Patrick and Ian who helped me tremendously by loading the plywood onto a cart and also helping me load it into the truck. I wanted to tip them but they politely refused stating that it was against policy. I wanted to write in because if I couldnt tip them at least I can let the higher ups know they have a good team on the floor.Thanks Home Depot, Ian and Patrick for making my shopping quick, easy, and pleasurable!

I literally never take time out of my day to write reviews but this seems necessary. We called about renting equipment and they said its a $200 so we go to rent it and they say well you have a bank card to rent the equipment...that is all they say so I go to use my sister n laws bank card because ours was reading as a debit card and they say well she has to be here in order for you to use it......we live about 30-40 mins away from this place so literally a complete waste of my time and gas. You people should be more informative.

UPDATED: See update below.DO NOT rent tools or equipment from this location!I rented the same pressure washer I always rent and this ones nozzle was stuck and would not increase pressure (or decrease, it was just stuck). I called in to inform them of this problem. When I sent someone to return with the machine, the nozzle still didnt budge. Home Depot charged us 4 hours for a machine that did not function correctly. When I returned to the store to dispute this charge, the cashier admitted he had gotten the nozzle to function AFTER the return, but would not refund my money. He called an assistant manager that refused to listen to me because the machine worked correctly now.I understand that equipment malfunctions and can be repaired, but it is horrible customer service and just down right sleazy to charge me for finding the problem in your machine. I was unable to use the machine! The proper thing to do would have been to refund my 4 hour fee so I could have rented the repaired equipment tomorrow with 4 hours of daylight.Shame on you, Home Depot, for having employees that treat your customers this way!UPDATED FROM 1 STAR to 3 STARS: I sent my review into the email provided on the Home Depot website. I received an email back very quickly with a request for me to call and speak with Shawna. Shawna was very helpful and understanding about what happened. She offered to send me a reimbursement check or store credit. I accepted the store credit as I have never had any issues with the cashiers or workers on the main floor. I will not rent at this location to avoid dealing with these specific employees again but Shawnas kindness and understanding reminded me that a couple bad eggs do not equal the entire store.

I dont write many reviews but this place is a joke.Poor attitude.Awful service.DO NOT RETURN YOUR PENSKE TRUCK HERE...Nobody is trained.Took an hour to get truck returned.I will be contacting the store manager today as the service we received was disgusting.Go somewhere else.
