Love this place. Very well kept, never had a bad vacuum, and everything works properly in the bays.

This self-service car wash is the first and only one I use, but based on reading and hearing other peoples reviews of similar car washes, I think this one is great!The pressure washers are always working, theres soap, wax and many other options that I dont even care to use, and most importantly, their credit card machines are always working.I hope they keep up with their clean bays and well-functioning equipment because Id like to keep coming here either to fully wash and wax my car, or to just rinse the pollen off with their pressure washer.

Consistently good car-wash — I only use the self washing bays and have not had any problems!

I visit this location in Cedar Park being that it is close to my house and one of your employees Patrick is really nice and professional, he does such a good job and I would recommend him to anyone, thanks so much for being so patient and taking such pride in doing your job to the fullest.

Gone are the days of the free vacuums. Thats really one of the main reasons I came here so often and appreciated that. Its especially helpful when someone doesnt have cash or is running low on funds but desperately needs to vacuum out their vehicle.They should really consider reverting back to them being free, especially since there is a coin shortage. It may bring more traffic back. Either that or placing a card machine at each bay.

Terrible value. I just moved to Austin from a small town and I used to use a car wash like this ( very well maintained and always had new brushes ), I would put in a 5 dollar bill and I would get 20 minutes. This was my first time here and I just bought a brand new truck, with the intention of detailing it. I brought 7 dollars and it gave me 10 and a half minutes. The brush was over worn ( barley had any foam ) and I barely had enough time to spray water on the truck to get it wet. Long story short I just left and wasted my money. My advice is to stay far away from this place, it is over priced and not well maintained!

Ive been pretty loyal to this location. But since they are now charging for the vacuum to make an extra couple dollars, youre going to lose a $9 per visit customer. Not a good decision on your part.

I have been coming here for almost five years. On my last two visits...TERRIBLE! Yes, the vacuums are free, but they work at half suction or less. Just left there after washing and vacuuming my car. No attendant and every garbage container was overflowing. Trash everywhere and blowing around. Looking for a new place. Take some pride in your business people...!

The $10 comprehensive automated wash was excellent

Satisfactory. It does a superficial job, but nothing can beat by hand!

The machines are good but the money goes out fast. Time is short. I mean you cant properly wash a car in 10mins. Anyways just my opinion.

Great do it yourself car wash! The vacuums are free. Pretty cheap and easy. You can drive through or powerwash yourself. Quick, easy, get it done!

This is a pretty standard self service car wash. The machinery works and the place is reasonably well maintained. Coin or credit card operated sprayer and foaming brush, you pay by the second. Afterward you can use the vacuums for free while you detail your car. If you use credit card be absolutely certain to press the little button on the card reader at the end of your wash! Just turning off the sprayer does not stop the clock and you will pay the maximum amount, $10.They have an automatic wash also but I’ve never tried it.

Really just your average self car wash place. Youre better off using your credit card rather than quarters because you generally get more time for the money, or at least it seems that way to me. Occasionally there is an attendant present and sometimes they will wash your wheels before you go through the auto car wash. The thing about the auto car wash is the timing, the number of Cycles, and whether or not it actually has any soap that day, or any other chemical for that matter is pretty hit-and-miss. Your best bet is to always wash your car by hand at home but sure keys will do in a pinch. I will say that the vacuums are very effective.

Went to this place today. Went to the touchfree wash. The machine stalled after soaping the car. Called the number and they are going to refund. Such an inconvenience. Needs to maintained. My problem was handled very nicely. Received refund and courtesy coupons. Thanks.

Ive used the self-wash at Sharkeys for over 10 years, and sad to see it slipping. I havent found a bay in the past year that doesnt either drip on me from above, or spew soap on my hands from the brush handle, or both. Every bay was impeccable for years, but nothing getting fixed anymore. If anyone finds a good bay with no leaks, please say which one it is! Have never tried the automatic wash, so dont know about that one.

Vacuums hardly work, the ones that work at all. Used my card for the car wash and it charged me for the max amount when I only used it about 10 minutes.

Old Russian man (Val) lives in Cypress Gardens complex always walking on sidewalk outside. He has been panhandling and threatening people at car wash, yelling at everyone to give him money and cigarettes. No protection from this unstable individual.

I have been here multiple times. The service is always great, people are very friendly. The automatic car wash is another story. I paid for the ultimate wash today and basically nothing happened. After I got home, there was still crud all over my car. Will not use the automatic wash again.

Automatic car wash is pretty good. Tried the self service car wash and was left with water spots everywhere!! Had to go through the Automatic car wash to remove them. Ended up having to pay double..my advice is just use the Automatic

Swiped my card and gave my truck a quick wash. machine said I owed $6.75 when I pushed the button on the card reader to stop the charge to my card. I was still charged the $10 max on my card despite stopping it at $6.75.

I like washing my car myself and Sharkeys is great. Free vacumes help me keep up with the mess the kids make, and the shampooer machines are wonderful.

First time there and wont be the last. The team knocked it out in no time. Wash, vac, light dust, windows and tire dress. Went early morning, so expect a little longer wait for busy times.

I went through the drive-thru and the guys are really good on wiping down and cleaning your car the first time the guy wasnt satisfied so he had me go through it again they really care about the quality of the wash you get great place if youre lazy like me and dont want to do it

Cant beat the free vacuum. My car is clean but the spray miss the front bumper.

Always steals my quarters and when I call no one answers. They texted back once but it was never resolved.

Free vacuums are the only ones.The car wash area accepts credit cards, but maxes out at ten dollars, which is not enough time to do a proper job.There controls for soap dispensing has options that are not available, such as the degreaser, and there shoot free rinse will shoot out yellow colored soapy water. There clear coat looks to be more of a water than anything, and the controls clearly point to the option you want, only to shoot out the option next to it.

Been taking my car there since it opened. But lately it hasnt been working right they have had people working on it but it steal not right.

Attendant tried to accost me & appeared to be either inebriated or under the influence of chemicals or alcohol. Either way dont take your car there or if you do take a bat.

Always clean and machines working.
