Amys team at Allstate does not really have any competition. With so much insurance experience and expertise, they are head and shoulders above everyone else. Saving money is great and they will certainly do that for you, but there is also something to be said about the personal attention I get when I have a question or need assistance. They also offer more than just car insurance and homeowners coverage. At a minimum use them as a second opinion when you buy a car or a house because thats a great time to change insurance to something better. Thanks Amy!

Could not be more disappointed in my service from Amy Maddox and her agency. Couldn’t be more excited to leave the service of these reps after they didn’t cover my house for two different water bursts. Why would I stay with an insurance company, in a commoditized marketAlso, instead of Amy communicating like a business professional she emailed me instead of addressing things with me like a business person. However, once I escalated the issue everyone I spoke to at corporate was not only pleasant, but had a strong empathy towards the situation. Would love to stay with Allstate after I’ve been with them for nearly 10 years but will never recommend working with Amy Maddox and branch.My advice is to teach your “sales team” how to advise on what to do and what not to do in the case of a potential claim, which did not happen. Regardless if you believe it did, it did not.
