I was introduced to Klingemann via TireRack as the installer closest to my country home that is capable of performing a Road Force balance while installing tires, as it requires dedicated equipment to do it. I always RF balance tires because if done right, will give you a smoother ride (I wont go into specifics here, but if you havent heard of it, check it out). Over the past year, I have used them for this service multiple times for our main vehicles. Each time they have been very courteous during the service. However, at this point, I am not sure they actually know how to do it, or their machine is properly calibrated anymore. Read-on if you like specifics:-Took my wifes Charger in July with four brand new tires, and the balance was fine. Relationship established.-Took my RAM in about a month later to have them balance the existing tires. Initially, the balance was better, but then about a week later, it developed a bad vibration in the steering wheel after a wheel threw a weight. I have never had a weight come off before. Took it back, and they balanced again, but still had a bit of vibration around 55-60. This made me start thinking it was just the tires with ~18K miles on them. I couldnt get any specifics of runout or force pounds from them to know what force parameters they were trying to hit.-Took my wifes brand new (factory ordered as a birthday present) Grand Cherokee in with four new tires last week (OE tires usually suck, and the GY Wranglers on it were no exception). Wife picked it up, and called to say there was a bad vibration in the steering wheel, and took it right back. They re-balanced one of the front tires. It was good enough for her to get home, but she wasnt happy with they way it felt on that 25 mile drive. I drove it and agreed it was worse than the stock tires. And at this point, I felt bad for messing with her brand new baby.I do have an old-school bubble balancer in my home shop, so I pulled all four tires off and checked the *weight* balance myself. Two were off according to the bubble. One still had factory weights near their weights, and I could see residual weight glue where they redid the weights on that front tire that they had just balanced. I applied weights myself, which got it good enough until I found a different shop further away to try again. At this point, I had just spent over $100 on a service that made things worse, and required me to get dirty. And I am getting too old to get dirty.Took it to a different shop in Georgetown yesterday morning that claimed their RF balancer had recently been calibrated. I watched them re-clock three of the four tires on their rims. Now the Grand Cherokee is smooth as it should be. Happy wife, happy life. We might try Klingemann for other services in the future, but no more Klingemann RF balancing for us.

Not cheap but they are honest and do good work. Never try to sell you on unnecessary things. Very professional, get what you pay for. Been using for 5 years and dont plan on using anyone else.

Got a nail in my front left tire and they took care of us right away. We arrived at 4pm and were back on the road by 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon during the COVID epidemic. We were allowed inside only to pay the bill, otherwise we had to wait outside. A mask was necessary to enter the establishment. Mr Flynn was very courteous and respectful, you will not be disappointed with the service you get here.

As long as I live, I will only take my vehicles to Klingemanns. Wonderful staff , great service. In this time of the Corona virus, Im so glad they are still around.

2014 Impala a/c condenser replacement. The guy on the front desk was courteous, friendly and professional. Showed me the faulty part they replaced which put me at ease. Wasnt cheap but cheap isnt always good.Hope it all holds and if it does they got a new customer.Thanks yall.👍

Klingemann has exceeded all my expectations in car repair and care. I took my car to several repair shops due to my car overheating. I was told it was three different things and after each thing was replaced, the car ended up worse than before. Finally I had enough with other people recommendations and took my car to klingemann car care and they located the issue and when all hope for saving the car seemed lost, they kept working on finding a solution, they found a solution and saved my car and its been running great ever since. By far the best car repair experience Ive ever encountered. Klingemann is Thee only place you should take your car for repair and services

I went to get an oil change and they told me it would be ready in about an hour. I waited 50 minutes but they had not even gotten my vehicle in the shop area, so I left instead of giving them my business.

Went in on my lunch break to get an inspection. Ate my lunch while waiting and my car was ready just as I finished. The employees were nice and I would recommend them if you need an inspection too.

Tim and Bobby have always been professional in their dealings with both my husband and myself. They rarely cannot get your car in; I usually call ahead just to be sure. Always fixed right the first time at a good price. They even take time to educate a non car person when I have questions. Love this place!

Ive used them twice for in depth repairs on two vehicles and both times everything was done quickly and significantly less cost than other shops. Truly an honest/respectable shop that treats you with respect and doesnt try to upsell repairs. On a repair for an old truck I have they saved me over 2000 vs a shop across the street!

Until my last three visits for the exact same issue, i was always pleased with the service.Recommended by a friend. I really appreciated , i think it was Bobby.The last tree visits there for my vehicle overheating, i didnt have am opportunity to speak with Bobby. I got the idea, he maybe didnt work there any longer. I was disappointed but not nearly as disappointed as i was when i ended up being broke down on the road two times after being told the issue had been repaired. Of course , each time i was told it was a totally different issue but the same problem. A whole lot of expense , even more high blood pressure and frustration on my part , finally the issue was repaired. I was assured that each time there was a different issue causing the problem but i can assure you i am not ignorant. If the mechanic had looked further into the problem , the real issue could have been addressed and problem would have been solved.I have to say, the gentleman i dealt with tried to appease me by showing me some parts and did knock off a little of the labor charge but considering how much it all ended up costing me , it does not make me want to go there again. Just sayin...

Felt like everytime they called something new needed to done and they even replaced new parts that had just been installed. Saying that or else they couldnt guarantee they work or the parts.

Ive never been nickle and dimed by Klingemann for any work that needs to be done and they never charge me for something that doesnt need to be done. On a Friday morning, I called to get a brake service asap to avoid any potential damage. Although they were full of customers & short-staffed because employees called out sick (on a Friday), they took care of my truck quickly and for a reasonable price. Also got an inspection & new wiper blades. Appreciate it!

Service was very good. I had a coupon for an oil change discount and had inspection done as well. My car had a rear break light dead and it was replaced at no charge. Didnt have to wait for too long and I have nothing to complain about customer service in this place. I will definitely return for other services.

Went to get new brake pads, rotors, and tires replaced about two weeks ago. Noticed an increased amount of squealing when stopping afterward....more than should be normal. Called and let them know, they told me that there was nothing that could be done and that it was normal. Took the car to another brake shop and was shown that all brake pads were dry/ not lubricated to prevent squealing. Cost me a couple more hundred to fix due to dismounting everything again. If you want a job done right, dont go here.... there is not an attention to detail.

If you have aluminum wheels, especially those with a visible inner profile once mounted, I urge you to go elsewhere for a mount and balance service.After assuring me over the phone that they could mount everything damage free, Klingemann damaged a new set of wheels with gouges and scrapes to all 4 inner rims. The wheels were apparently clamped on the inside rim without proper care or teflon coated equipment.The Klingemann staff and owner consider this type of damage perfectly *normal*.The owner became belligerent in conversations to address the damage and refused to accept proper responsibility. I was ‘offered’ a partial inner rim refinish only, which I rejected for many reasons, primarily due to void of finish warranty and the fact that the wheels are a special color and finish with a non-disclosed paint code.I have since had a more professional business handle these wheels with a new mount and balance, and surprise, they came back with absolutely NO damage.

I have been to this car care facility several times and I must say that this has to be the best vehicle mechanic that I have been too. In all my experience with mechanics they are upfront, honest and they are not trying to upsale you on anything. They work with you when situation calls for it. Everyone that works there seems to be pretty cool and good people. Coming from another state I have had my fair share of bad experiences and horrible service when it comes to mechanics so I can honestly say without a shadow if a doubt Klingemann Car Care will forever have my business.Clean facilities, TV in waiting area plenty of seating and magazine also to keep you occupied. If you are looking for a fair, caring and very capable car care specialist then this is the place that you need to visit.

My experience starts with a flat tire on my wifes car. Since the tires were worn out anyway I called Klingemann on a Friday for a new set of four tires mounted and balanced. The phone call went well, we arranged to have 4 tires ready under my name the following Monday. They said come in any time Monday. I was out of town, so my wife went over Monday around 10.They told her they didnt have anything for my name in the system. Luckily they did have the tires and hadnt mounted them on someone elses car yet. For whatever reason they werent ready and told her to come back at 1.She came back at 1, and within an hour was back on her way.When I returned home Friday I checked the tires, which were mounted properly but were all sitting at 42psi which is 10psi higher than they should be (using a good quality gauge).Overall not a bad experience but the tires being overpressure is at least lazy and at worst dangerous.

SCAMMER ALERT.Took my truck in because the check engine light was on. They open at 7:30am, I arrived at 7:20am. They told me they would take a look at it and have some information by noon. I called at 2:30, They still did not check my truck. I called back at 4:30, still the same. they said they were busy. I had to walk from work to pick up my truck that sat there all day, and was not even checked. The worse part was that when I got there, vehicles that arrived after me were gone. They just put me aside. I just wish they would not have lied to me, told me they were not able to check my truck, so I could take it somewhere else. To top it off I missed 2 hours of work for this, and now I have to miss work again to take it somewhere else. This place is just another scammer. I wish I could give 0 stars. TOTAL SCAMMERS.
