Drove all the way out there to find out that they cant really get the parts one needs for go gart repairs. Even simple stuff like brake master cylinders and throttle cables.

I purchased and Ford lawn tractor with a tiller attachment from them, I traveled a good distance to pick it up so just bringing it back isnt an option. Well after getting the garden tractor home and hooking up the tiller I realized it was missing some rear and mid pto shafting to run the tiller. I guess I this can be my fault but I was under the impression that everything was all there. I called and text multiple times with promises that they knew the guy that had the unit before them and would try to contact him to try to recover the parts. Every time I contacted them to check the status of the situation I would not get a call back and no resolution to my problems. It wouldnt be a huge deal if I could just call ford and buy parts but they no longer make them. So I thought I will just have some shafts made... well that hasnt been cheap Ive payed $230 for one and still need another made. Im unhappy with this business because of the shady way the have dealt with me. Selling a unit that isnt fully functional, telling me things to get me off his back or lying to me...that I dont know for sure but it has been weeks with a few attempts on my end to try to get these parts. So poor review for these guys unless the situation changes.

The last time we had work done they did a great job repairing all of our motorized vehicles because they repaired and replaced everything that needed to be done

Terrible customer service had my machine there for 9 months and was never fixed. Kept getting the old runaround . After picking up it was un worse shape. Sold it took a loss.

Never been there but I well be soon I called and they were very helpful on the phone and they are one of the only places that work I Chineses ATVs and they gave me a good price on labor and parts thanks guys
