Great customer service. They were right on time and had no issues with drop off or pick up. We got to their biggest inflatable water slide. My daughter and her friends will remember her birthday party forever. Seeing all those kids smiling ear to ear definitely made it worth the money.

8/3/20 was my second event using Jumpin wheelies this year! Another great experience the equipment is always clean and placed where I ask. The owners and her husband came to my rescue again when my tent got ruined by the wind! Without even asking she came on her off day to help me! I have no words for my gratitude for them. I can’t thank this company enough for all their hard work! Everything was beautiful! We ordered the tent, dance floor, chairs, chair covers, tables etc. They helped us decorate for the wedding, and because of Ashley & her husband the wedding turned out beautiful! It was so beautifully decorated, it was like a magical fairytale! We couldn’t have done it without them, seriously. What you guys did for my sister I’ll never forget! I appreciated it so much, I wish I had the time to describe how thankful I am, and how much easier you guys made it for us! If only we had you the whole entire night during the wedding LOL! Jumpin Wheelies is by far the best company to use for you party needs. I use them every year for all my familys parties. Their services are quick and easy and communication with the team is awesome. They are always very personable and accommodating. They have some of the newest and in my opinion the most important the cleanest units around. They take cleanliness to a higher standard than most and that is proven when they take the time to inspect and clean the units before and after each use. Thats including the large water ones which are my childrens favorite in the summer. They have a loyal customer here!!!!

Friendly staff. I talked to the assistant who was very helpful. Awesome clean equipment. Delivery staff was friendly. They cleaned the bounce house when they dropped it off. Loved them!!!
