They are a great dry cleaner our clothes come out wonderfully but it’s really their service and attention to detail that make them one step beyond the normal. The last time I went and picked up our clothes he even went one step further and brought them out directly to my car which was so unexpected and wonderful that I absolutely had to come and write a review.

I love this place. David and crew are phenomenal. I wont go anywhere else.

Hats off to Starchies Dry Cleaners! Their service was extremely professional, and they did a superb job on cleaning my suits as well. Also, it was raining when I went to pick-up my suits on today (Tues., Sept. 2nd), and one of the representatives met me at the vehicle. I didnt have to get out of the car. Everything was done seamlessly and effortlessly! You all have just won yourselves a loyal customer! We moved here 2016 and Starchies was the first one we tried and never left. The service is unbelievable. Since my move here, both my daughter, son, and close friend have moved to the area and Starchies is their Dry Cleaner. David the owner is spectacular and a professional. His customer service is awesome. I’m an observer and on numerous occasions have been in the store and observed how he and his staff treat others as well, so everybody gets the same great service. Awesome!!!

David and the team at Starchies are fantastic. I went for years to a place who never even smiled when I dropped by weekly, and didnt acknowledge me when I was one minute late to pick up. Its the opposite of that at Starchies. They always ask how things are going, and are genuine in their concern of your contentment with their quality of service. Always checking on buttons or going out to the car to pick up/drop off and many other subtleties of exceptional customer service. Plus my clothes always look good. Give them a try if youre just another customer at the place youre going to.

This place has the best customer service! I have yet to find a cleaner, or business in general with better customer service than Starchies! I decided to try a new location due to a temporary relocation and i was very satisfied! A coworker expressed how great this place was and I am happy to say I was not let down. When I pulled up to the business, the owner came outside to my vehicle and asked if he could take my clothing for me. When I returned the next day for pickup, he walked my items out to my vehicle! Awesome business, my only regret is not finding this little gem much sooner! I am moving soon but due to the great experience I plan on returning regardless of the distance from my new home! Best dry cleaner ever. They come out to meet you at your car and take your clothes, then tell you all about their services with a smile. When you pick up, they put it back in your car for you while you pay. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time at any kind of business. The prices are competitive as well. Starchies is by far the best in Cedar Hill. I have been using them ever since they opened. The employees and owner are so nice and personal. I had not gone I know in over a year, and the owner remembered me the moment I walked in the door and greeted me like I had been coming every week. I live in the Oakcliff area and drive to Cedar Hill just to go to Starchies because of the comfort and family feeling each time I go.

You simply will not find a better dry cleaning service anywhere. I drove many miles out of my way because David ( the manager ) assured me over the phone that he would address some stained shirts with extra effort, and he most certainly did. Very impressive customer service... If you are looking for an outstanding dry cleaning service, go see David at Starchies. Their prices are great too!

After reading all the great reviews and trying a few other places which were disappointments, I took my husbands work clothes here. I told the young lady at the front that I hadnt been able to find a good dry cleaner and that I was hoping this would be the one. I told her that previous places werent actually cleaning the shirts and were leaving crushed/broken buttons on the shirts. She assured me everything would be fine. I came back the next day and while I should have checked the shirts there, I brought them home. I unpacked them and noticed that the still smelt exactly like my husband. I investigated a little deeper and not only were the STILL broken buttons, but there were stains, and some shirts were heavy starch, others were medium, and some didnt look like they had been starched at all! I was furious! I brought the clothes back in and let them know what the issues were the young man said the owner was on he way back from the plant (yes that means they dont actual launder onsite, but send the clothes off) and he would let him know. My husbands name is on the account and he called him to apologize, said he will fix everything and expedite the order for the next day, but didnt say a time. I came back in the next day about 4:00pm to pick up and they hadnt come back from the plant yet, and would be after 5:00pm. So much for expedited. I told my husband and told him he is going to have to drive out their after work to get them. He arrived at 5:15pm and the owner was there personally fixing the buttons that had been broken and was finishing the folding. In the time he was waiting he told me that they gave the wrong wedding dress to a customer who luckily noticed in the parking lot and brought it right back in and couldnt find other customers items. My husband waited 30+ minutes and the owner STILL wasnt done with the 8 shirts. My husband was even more furious then me at this point and just said just give them all to me and I will fix them myself! Lets just politely say that we will never be going back and I highly recommend that you dont waste your time!! This was the WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had!

The kind of customer service and attention to detail you get from this place should really embarrass other service industry establishments. I have absolutely no notoriety, am not a deep-pocketed customer, had no previous relationship with the employees, and yet David and his team treat me like a VIP every time I walk in. Poor quality dry cleaning, clothes were poorly ironed. Quality does NOT justify the price. I could have done better with a low end iron from Walmart. First time, last time...they lost one.
