The service was great! Earl is awesome. He is very informative and knows the business. He worked with my insurance company to get the paperwork finalized. Diamond was courteous and polite. Corey was also helpful. All of them were professional. l would definitely use this Enterprise again. I am definitely a satisfied and happy customer.

My husband and I came to get a rental through GEICO insurance. We came three times. The first to make sure a small SUV Would be ready for pick up in a week. We were assured there would be. The Second time ( a week later) there was no small SUV available. We were given a third appointment for two days later. When we arrived there was no staff available. We waited 30 minutes.

Very disappointing!!! I reserved a 15 passenger van in February for June. I get a call in may from the guy thats over the van rentals who is quite rude might I add. Nathan Glascow I think thats his name. He stated that all the Vans had been rented out and was no longer available .Mind you this was less than 35days into our trip. Theres no refunds for vacation rental excursions etc. In so many words he said sorry though luck. I told him I would file a complaint again he didnt care. He called back to offer me 2 mini vans. I know Im good at many things but driving 2 vehicles at once isnt one of them. I requested a call from the GM, no call. 4 days before I leave for my family trip and I get to tell my kids we have no transportation due to vans being over 2k now. I have been renting with enterprise over 10years now, I just cant believe this. No compensation, no accommodation, no consideration!!

First of all take a photo of the gas Hand because they tell you one thing but a photo speaks volumes. Second the new employees are very rude. I rent here a lot for work travel and my last visit was terrible. The car wasnt ready and the smell of smoke was so strong your nose burned and the little girl brought me a can of fre breeze and said use this. I had to go to the car wash to clean out the smell. Very poor service.

Mr. Cory and all other staff was top notch folks.....I appreciate the great customer service and the vehicle was clean and price was very fair.I even received an upgrade due none available economy car. :)Keep up the great job, and see yall when I next need to rent a vehicle. :)God Bless

I am done with this location. I understand that things happen but my reservation was at 2:30 I arrive on time and was told that they had to take the car for an oil change. Get back at 4:00 and now they have to wash it. They have no respect for my time. Why make a reservation if they can’t honor it. Then their attitude about it is unapologetic. I used to be a loyal customer. Not anymore. I will he reach out to corporate.

I have used the Cedar Hill location on several occasions. The level of rudeness, disrespect, lack of customer service was unexpected today, but after speaking to the manager...I understand why his subordinates display the level customer service or lack of. I will be filling a formal complaint with his supervisor, regional supervisor and corporate. AWFUL

I am so upset about my experience with enterprise! I made a reservation on Tuesday for a pick up on Friday and then Friday morning before my scheduled pick up time I receive a call telling me they don’t have a vehicle available! I spoke to Jasmine who said she was the branch manager and that she would put me on the wait list and follow up with me before 2pm. Several hours went by and I decided to follow up myself and spoke with Jasmine again who told me she would check one of the other locations and call me right back. 45 minutes went by and I did not receive a call back so I called again! This time I spoke with Dante and explained to him what was going on, he placed me on hold and came back over 5 minutes later and answered the phone like he had no idea he had just put me on hold!! While holding for enterprise the message says they treat their customers right and in the past I have had good experiences with enterprise especially since I work for a company that partners closely with them. This experience has made me so disappointed with enterprise! This was actually my birthday trip and enterprise has effectively ruined that!!

Very disrespectful and unconcerned with the customer would give 0 stars if i could assumed i wad paying with a prepaid card likely because I’m black and told me that i couldn’t when i had already confirmed everything i needed to online and showed them 2 proofs address the rude white male inside told me that it wasn’t enough and that i needed more proof or another bill and i ended up having to cancel my vacation for me and my son that i had been saving for

Enterprise sells itself and so all that’s left to do is have good customer service. I have heard great things from the manager here Victor, but he definitely made it hard for me to see today. He probably had an off day or is very stressed it seems like but no amount of stress should lead someone to be nice some days and rude others. Until he takes a nice long vacation, I would stay away from this location.

Steve the assistant manager is HORRIBLE!! He is rude, unprofessional and has horrible customer service. I inquired about a security deposit that I never was required to do prior and I was using my credit card. He immediately went into defense and his response was if I didnt they were breaking the rules. I have rented numerous cars from Enterprise but only at this location have I had an issue. If this is something new they are implementing it would have been nice if he explained it professionally and with a positive attitude. The car was dirty, smells like cigarette smoke and now the tires light is reflecting 2 tires need air. He also canceled a couples rental, kick them out and threatens to call the police. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS ENTERPRISE EVER AGAIN. THIS IS THE WORST INTERACTION I HAVE HAD WITH AN EMPLOYEE AND I REFUSE TO BE TREATED IN SUCH A MANNER. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! The only reason I went ahead with the rental is because I am going to visit my daughter in college this weekend..

Victor, the manager, is top notch. I worked with him at another location and he and his staff have always made sure that my needs were met and have been extremely accommodating when Ive been in a bind. Thats why I followed him to the Cedar Hill store. I have received poor service elsewhere but I trust Victor and his team.

They charged me money for an extra day because I dropped the keys off in their dropbox AFTER two of their employees told I could do that. Then I was told if its not in by 6pm its charged for another day. Perhaps their employees need to be trained better and communicate that. I also find it funny that some guy named Victor didnt have time to come out from his office and speak to me, but had time to call my husband and tell him we owed money for an extra day. Nothing was said about the staff misinforming me. But instead they said take it to my insurance and see if theyll just cover it. Need to do a better job.

Yeah my wife just got a Sonata SUV from Enterprise, and it was so great!! The process was so fast in-and-out within 10-20minutes, they have great customer service. And you should go there and rent from the newest one off hwy 67 and Cedar Hill.

We had to use this location twice in 2 weeks when our car broke down. They went above and beyond for us when something was left in our rental and was turned in at another location. I wish I had gotten names but all three employees we worked with at the CH location were excellent.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I have been here twice in the past few months to rent a car for work. They are understaffed and dont answer phone calls. There are always at least 5-6 people waiting in line and it takes forever to get through the line. This is usually on a weekday, during the day, not even peak times. I cant imagine what it is like then. I will not be back to this location and suggest you go somewhere else too.

I am so furious... We have a reservation with this location to pick up my wife and 8 month old son in time for an appointment. The pick up never showed up, so my wife walked 1 mile with our son to get the car. Then, they gave her a vehicle with less than half a tank of gas.This is our second major issue with them. I suggest you use Budget/Avis down the road.

This was the worst car rental experience i’ve encountered. my mom and i visited this location on friday evening, and i could never see myself going again! the customer service there is piss poor, from the regular employees all the way up to the manager on duty. while in the process of actually renting the car, we were given plenty of run-around, the lady on duty got in her car and pulled off on us, and even laughed at us with other employees. all because she told my mom and i that she would stay a couple of minutes extra due to the run around we got, and stuff 6:01 i guess she got an attitude and wanted to take everything out on us. this is never acceptable in any type of workplace!! THIS SERVICE IS 0 STARS!! 1 star is WAYYY too lenient.

The people working the front are nice but it took me 3 days to get a rental car and I had an appointment. It seems like they just don’t have their stuff together well enough. They kept telling me they would have a car ready for me the next day and then the next and so on. The car was nice, but I did drive through some tolls and something went wrong when they tried to run my card. They sent my toll bill, which was around $10, to a third party agency which charges an arm and a leg in processing fees. So I ended up paying close to $18 for a few tolls. Was not happy about that.

They call you and tell you don’t be late for your reservation, but you arrive and there is nobody inside the office building. They have one rep helping a customer outside. One lady literally waited 30 mins for a receipt and still wasn’t given a receipt because there was nobody inside to assist the 7 customer’s waiting in the lobby. We will never use this location again. This is ridiculous, don’t do a courtesy call if you’re not going to have reps available to assist when the customer arrives. Also don’t promise a customer a vehicle online and then when they show up you don’t have that vehicle available. That’s not got for business.

We rented a car through an insurance claim. The car was to be returned on the 27th. We called and were told that we could drop the car off after hours and use drop box to drop keys. The cameras can clearly show we dropped rental off between 730pm and 8pm. There were employees leaving at the exact moment we pulled up. We were charged for saturday when the car was dropped off the night before. We specifically asked if we would get a late fee for after hours and was told no. We have called this office where we rented it from SEVERAL times and no one answers. We have called corporate customer service 2 times and have been told area managers will call. No one has called. We even got the car detailed before we brought it back. Between finding others old food under the seats and being charged when we didnt have the car plus no one answering at the store. Id say yall are pretty pathetic. I will be there saturday if we dont get a call.

Reserved a premium SUV online. The employee decided a lower quality car would “better meet our needs” (because clearly he knows our needs better than I do) and sent the premium suv back and gave us a Tahoe for our 16 hr road trip with 3 teenagers. Never again.

I just left furious, because they wanted to charge me overage fees. I told Victor, the asst manager that my insurance covered me up to $1500 for 30 days. I had only used a little over $1000 and I returned it on day 30. When I asked him what went wrong he didn’t acknowledge. He simply asked if I wanted to put the balance on my credit card. I tried again, but there was no willingness to assist. That’s when I asked for his business card, he didn’t have one. I asked for his manager, she was not available. I asked for her phone number, he said I needed to call the office at a later time. At that point he stopped answering questions and stared me down like if we were at a boxing press conference. This guy is immature, he lacks managerial skills and a customer service focus. Do me a favor and spend an extra 5 minutes driving to a different location. This place is awful!!! Not to mention, the car they put me in was dirty, reeked like smoke, needed maintenance (indicator light would always come on) and the brakes were always squeaking.

I have a corporate reservation for today and we do business with Enterprise regularly. I was very disappointed after speaking with Jasmine this morning. I called to request to be picked up because I don’t have transportation to the Enterprise office and Jasmine informed me after I provided her my address that they cannot pick me up because they only pick up customers in Cedar Hill and Midlothian. I have never known Enterprise to deny a customer, especially a loyal corporate customer pick up service. I am literally 8 miles away, a 13 minute drive. Ironically I mapped the distance between a Midlothian landmark and a Cedar Hill landmark and I am closer to Enterprise than what I would be if I were in one of the only two cities that Jasmine says they pick up in. I think that Enterprise should change their slogan to “We’ll pick you up... maybe (with a shrug emoji)”Disappointed with Enterprise Cedar Hill, TX
