I just want to share that Life Storage is such a great company to store all your items. I have been here for two years and I feel secure knowing that my stuff is being protected and even when I’m late they work with you. I do completely appreciate them working with me on my late days. I really do appreciate Life Storage here at Cedar Hill Texas

Amanda the manager at the office has such great customer service,she’s always so kind and willing to help and she is very knowledgeable anytime that I ever have questions.

I have had a storage unit here for 4 years now and Im happy to say I have had no problems. I was in Florida for 2 years the last two years Ive been 10 miles from the Mexican border I just got home after all that time of course I have managed to accumulate more stuff and with one phone call to Amanda Taylor I had a reservation for a larger space waiting for me when I arrived. Outstanding service, as long as I need a place to store my stuff it will be here at the Life storage in Cedar Hill

I called the cedar hill office to verify what I need to do when I am vacating the unit to make sure I get the right refund. The girl sent me the link to complete the vacate notice form and if I vacate earlier I just call the office. I called the office 5 days before my vacate notice date to let them know I had moved out and took pictures of the empty unit. Almost a month later I still had not received my refund. I called the office to see what the issue was. The girl said she would follow up with a manager. I finally got my refund a month after moving out and it’s the incorrect amount. I talked to Amanda Taylor who was rude with a bad attitude and told me it’s nothing they can do even after I had called and took pictures the day I moved out. I will never do business with this company again and will make sure I tell everyone to stay away from this location and company. Amanda needs to find a new job if she’s going to have a bad attitude and be rude to paying customers.

I had been looking for a storage and came across Life Storage. This was an awesome experience! I called customer service for assistance. I spoke with Michelle she explained everything to me in detail and very patience with the few questions I had. To my surprise, I given best deal that I think I would ever find. Upon my entrance to the location, I had the opportunity to meet such beautiful lady name Michelle. She explained to all things that I needed to know about renting a storage unit. She was sweet and showed the unit and showed me to put the lock on. I really enjoy the time spent with her, because she did not rush me and she let me know how concerned she by sharing some very good pointers. I have lived on Cedar Hill for 20 years and never met anyone who was so sweet and soft spoken. I really do appreciate all of her kindness. She exceeded my expectations. I had my unit for a few months. It was easy to set up and access the facility, the prices were reasonable and the staff was helpful and courteous. The manager, Shandria (sp?) was very helpful. I would most definitely recommend them.

This place is awesome. From the truck rental to the unit it is amazing. The lady who helped us ,Shandriel, is great. She made the process simple and easy. I will not hesitate to come back if I need too.

I have been with this storage company for over two years and she has shown the same attitude and great work. Shandriel is amazing and hilarious. She definitely made the process easy and quick.

I have had nothing but issue after issue with life storage. Upon leasing the unit the lease is generalized and not gone over properly. At no time was I advised by anyone that my items would be held hostage in addition to being charged a late charge. The young lady by the name of Cailey, has no idea of what customer service is and training should be implemented to give custome’s A good customer service experience!!! I wish it was a way not to give any stars for the horrible service I’ve encountered at life storage.. Once I find a new place I will never use nor will I recommend this location to anyone else. As well as I will be sure to tell all my social media followers!!!DO NOT I REPEAT SO NOT LEASE A UNIT FROM LIFE STORAGE!!!!9

I remember the first day I wen’t into the storage she was very helpful and made sure everything was to my satisfaction and you could not ask for a better person than her. Went in on a Sunday when all other storage places where closed. The attendant Wanesha was so professional and polite. This literally was the easiest storage rental process. The unit was very clean.
