The technician was on time, explained what needed to happen, and got it done quickly, even with cleaning up the large amount of lint that was built up. The price was fair and he recommended service every 3 years based on our equipment and vent setup. I have no problems recommending this company.

I am truly impressed by the quality of work the Jeff team did in cleaning out our air ducts. The difference in the house is immediately noticeable. I had another company clean the ducts a few years ago and was not impressed at all. The amount of dust, dirt, and debris was astounding. They said they pulled out original building materials still in the ducts from when the house was built in 1968!

Gardner Air Duct Cleaning specialists arrived on time, after calling beforehand to confirm their arrival time. They immediately went to work, clarifying to me what they were doing. Because we had just finished a renovation, I could hear the particles that were in our ducts getting sucked through the hose. They were fast, courteous and a pleasure to have in the house. What an amazing experience! On an exceedingly hot day, two Gardner Air Duct Cleaning technicians came to my house. My air handler is in a storage room behind the garage, which is currently without power. They cleaned all of the vents and ducts as promised. They stuck to their original price and didnt try to upsell me on anything extra. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a SCAM!!! Dont know who wrote these reviews but it seems JEFF is the only guy mentioned in all reviews. We had a guy show up in a beat up pick up, tool belt and a dry vac. Didnt look in any vents and said unless we have alot of dust we dont need ducts cleaned. He sprayed a santizizer in the return of ONE system. As a professional I would think youd know 4 returns = 2 systems so he had no clue and sprayed only 1 system. Sadly, without thinking we wrote a check and it was to be made out to him personally. Wish I could go back and do it all over because I wouldve things differently. Also, if you call the # which is local its in CHICAGO. I asked how they know whether ducts needed cleaning and the lady knew NOTHING about it....its SCAM folks!!! Dont get got like we did!!!! It says located inside a Bank of America...really?

Top notch experience.Jeff was very passionate about the work he does, professional and made our carpets look and smell brand new. He was on time and just a very nice down to earth guy.What was remarkable to me is how he completely eliminated all of our pet odor from our new puppy and previous owners. Amazing! Not only were they on time, they answered all of our questions, explained what they were doing, and they found an issue with our a/c unit. I am very happy with the services of this company. I had interviewed and researched several other companies before deciding to use them. They are professional and knowledgeable and honest.. They handled a mold issue within the unit the same day at a fraction of the cost of another company. They use green products to kill off any molds remaining in the ducts. We will use them in the future again and recommend them to others.

I messaged Gardner Air Duct Cleaning at around 8a.m as I was in need for a dryer vent cleaning service were very super responsive! They sent a tech, Jeff here later on in the day by 3p.m who performed cleaning of one of my dryer vents and it took him roughly 45 mins. He was super neat, cleaned up behind himself and was a true gentleman. Very honest hardworking guy. After drying a load of laundry my dryer is now more efficient and dries much more rapidly! I give them my highest recommendation!

Jeff helped me out the next day! He was very professional, and using his video gear to look into a blocked duct we discovered that there was a damper that was fully closed. Gardner Air Duct Cleaning was very professional and very detail-oriented, they took their time but yet worked hard to clean the metal duct work in my older home. Their estimate was the lowest and they worked at my home for over 4 hours scrubbing and pulling out dust and dirt out of my duct work. My kids allergies are much better and Im glad I made the step to cleaning the ductwork and glad I picked a good company to do it.
