Excellent service, professional and responsive!I have been with Allstate for many years and always loved their personable approach. After moving to NJ a few years ago, I had not personally worked with a local Allstate agent. When I reached out to the 800 number for a quote on a new Homeowners policy, I wasnt sure if I would keep that policy with Allstate. Shelby very quickly reached out to me when I was considering getting my new homeowners insurance policy with another company. Not only did she take the time to make sure that I had the right coverage, she also made sure that I would get the best deal and discounts with my multiple policies with the company. Im so glad I stayed with Allstate and happy to have met Shelby! Looking forward to continuing to work with her and her team.

Almost every week, I receive flyers from Allstate competitors trying to get me to switch to their auto insurance and when I think about the trade-off of potentially saving a little money vs. not having the dedicated representatives as I do at Shelbys office, I quickly throw the flyers in the recycle bin.Shelby and her teams dedication and service over the years has been much appreciated. Excellent service and excellent customer experience

Overall, we had a great experience with Shelby and team. Our decision to leave was purely financial, as we got the same coverage elsewhere for a much better rate. All the people we worked with in the office were professional.

She gave great advice on insurance coverage (auto/home/other) and made sure I had sufficient information to make the best decisions for my needs. Very bad customer service, I was left without insurance in my policy for one of my vehicles that was added to my policy for about 12 months and only was covered for my two other vehicles, I was very fortunate that I did not had any accidents in this vehicle. I do have a granddaughter which I drive around all the time and not including my other children. I have been with Allstate for over 10 years and now I will not come back to them ever.Very irresponsible on their behalf and yet I thought I was in good hands as they claim.I would not recommend this office.I even wrote them an email at the office with a cc to Allstate Insurance and still have not had anyone call or reply to my email
