Some parts of the body of the car had to be replaced and I was given detailed explanations when I brought it in. After repairs my car looks brand you, it was perfectly clean inside and outside. I was informed regularly about the progression of the work and the car was ready in time. I’m a woman (and 80 years old) and I felt very comfortable during the all process. They were very professional, timely and called me every day to give me updates on the time estimate for the repairs on my vehicle! They were extremely accommodating and even offered to drive me to my home after dropping off my car! My car also had an unexpected issue with battery corrosion and they immediately fixed it (during their lunch break!) at no charge so that I could make it home in time for a meeting! The employees are very professional and friendly. As a return customer they even remember my name. I do not believe I would go anywhere else to have my care serviced. They completed the work early and took the time to clean and detailed my car. I could also pick up and dropped of my car rental. I did not have a good experience. They were not on time with the service of my car and kept giving me excuses to why it was not finished. They also were not honest with me about why the car was taking so long to get finished. When I called them they would tell me it was finished, I would drive all the way there just for them to tell me it’s not finished.

Caliber Collision is an outstanding body shop. They delivered on all their promises and then some. From their early delivery of the vehicle to the excellent finished work. The vehicle was protected during the entire process and returned to me in amazing shape for the interior to the outside. I would absolutely use them again if needed and I would recommend them to another person anytime.

Amazing staff!!!, Jonathan was very helpful, kept me in the loop every step of the way.. He is a perfectionist like myself.. His work and workers speaks volume. Loved this place, great service, all the the employees are super attentive and nice, and they promptly return your car looking spectacular.They have inside and outdoor seating and the employees kept me company with genuine conversations as I waited for my rental service to pick me up. They serviced my car after a rear end accident very quickly, and oh man, they left my baby looking so good. They even gave my car a nice wash, and another wash on them next time Im in the area. The manager is awesome, super cool, sweet and overall great. Personally I drive ~20 miles to get to Cedar Grove and I wont mind at all to do it again. GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE.

Stop in at caliber to have my car painted and dawn took fabulous care of me. There techs at there shop was on point and made my care better then new. Definitely recommend them to everyone

I took my car here following an accident on the recommendation of my insurance company. My mechanic suggested that I check out their ratings independent of what my insurance agency said, so I did. They were all very good. After dealing with Caliber I can see why. Henry, who I did the most work with, was very informative and polite. He was careful not to promise anything until he had the parts in hand to do the bodywork. Once he did, things move very quickly. The car looks better when I got it back than it had before the accident.

They provided excellent customer service, communicated with me through the whole process, and did a great job on my car. Most definitely would recommend!

I had a minor paint chip and needed a front license plate brackets installed...they needed my car for 4 days and charged near a $1,000!! They had to replace the bracket 3 times because they did not know which one to get! Quality of work was very good but between confusion, cost, and time it is not worth it

I have had outstanding service at Budd’s each time I have been to their shop. Most recently, I needed a repair done quickly on a car that is owned by a family member who resides in Virginia. The day after Christmas I stopped in without an appointment. After explaining the situation Henry and Stephanie told me they would do their best to have the car ready by Monday. (New Years Eve) They called two days after I dropped the car off(Friday) to tell me the car was done. All insurance issues were handled by the shop with ease. I was amazed and as usual the workmanship is first rate. They even left a bottle of touch up paint in the cup holder. Budd’s will always be my choice for auto body service.

Myself and my company have used Budds exclusively for over 30 years. They are the BEST!!!! They have done all of our work on all of our cars (at least 15 repairs over the years). Roberta and Stephanie are just incredible. Customer service is top notch and they are two of the nicest people to deal with. Their work is excellent. They are the ONLY auto body shop we will ever use.

There was a flash flood in Cedar Grove on 8/11/18 and my two cars were lost to it. I had them towed to Budds because I knew they would take good care of them. I wouldnt have my cars repaired by anyone else! Unfortunately, the insurance company said the cars were totaled. The people at Budds were very patient and compassionate in allowing the cars to be stored on their lot until things could get sorted out. If anyone is considering getting a quote for an auto body repair please give Budds a chance: THEY CARE!

Being relatively new to the area, I havent had the need to go to a body shop. Today was my first experience at Budds. The hood of my car wouldnt close. The manager, who was very friendly, took it for less than 10 minutes, and said it just needed to be adjusted. He didnt charge me anything! I had thought I was going to need to buy a new part! I found Budds on Google after having an accident at Willowbrook mall, they were extremely helpful at a bad time. They set me up with a rental car and fixed my car in the time they said they would. I would highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Roberta the owner has a horrid attitude and terrible customer service. Her own manager was rolling his eyes and shaking his head at her antics. After calling the police (because I needed to get my DL and keys out of my car), even the police officers said this woman was a nut job and ordered her to give me my DL and keys. He mentioned she may be menopausal. I wouldnt allow this place to service my bicycle.

Really disappointed!!! To be honest, they take extra 3 weeks to repair my car than they original promised. The worst one is the customer service lady, she was really rude after 2 times calls and direct hang up my phone.It is a disaster. DO NOT CHOOSE this one.
