I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their service.Their tech Doug has impeccable manners and arrived with his face mask on. I greatly appreciate that in a pandemic.He covered his shoes with bags before entering the house. He was honest and made the fix immediately. Also offered me an estimate to replace a part that is good for fourteen days.Their price to come out was worth it on the hottest day of the year. I couldn’t get an appointment with Sears until mid-September.So pleased with entire experience and ability to get same-day service. Highly recommend. Ask for Doug!

Sila responded within a day during a high volume period (post Hurricane Ida) with an extremely knowledgeable technician that was able to undo an extremely bad experience with a different HVAC company. Both the call center and on-site tech were friendly and fabulous. Can’t recommend them enough. So good I broke my personal policy of never leaving reviews.

We had a coil go on our central air. Sila was able to come out promptly for a diagnostic appointment. They were able to identify the problem and order the part for us. There was a bit of a delay in getting scheduled to be fixed. But overall we had a good experience. The workers were polite, professional, and experienced.

Technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Service time lasted about 45 minutes. My AC unit no longer leaks!

5 stars purely for the crew! The best part of working with Sila is the crew that come to do the installation, and Kyle and Dan who came in to complete the job. Norton and his guys were so nice, and got the job done in one day. They had a missing piece, so Kyle and Dan came back to wrap it up and the product looks incredible! I enjoyed working with these 6 men the most.On the contrary, with the amount of spam calls we get in this day and age, I never pick up my phone when I dont recognize the number. Ive notified the office of my email preference, but unfortunately, it never seemed to stick with them, increasing my difficulty in communicating with them. Ive had to frequently follow up due to lack of responses to my emails/phone calls. I do hope they figure this out because their onsite crew is amazing.

I got my gas furnace/heating, water heater and compressor& coil/AC replaced. Overall, good company with efficient workers, though communication between main office and technicians sent to the field can be improved. A big shout out to Mr. Dan Carpenter. I feel he is one of the main reasons why the NJ office in Cedar Grove gets raving reviews. True professional- very knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely interested to make the customer feel heard, and addressed concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

I had a fantastic experience with Sila Heating & AC, especially with their technician Kyle Williams. My AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and I called the next day and within an hour Kyle was a my door. He promptly diagnosed my AC and replaced the blown fuse. Kyle was professional and friendly. I would recommend Sila to my friends.

Doug has come to my home 4 times now and he is always professional and courteous. He really knows his stuff. Recently he found a problem with my system and he took the time to explain everything to me.

Tonight was the 2nd time Kyle responded to an emergency call at my home. They came the same day that I called when my central air broke (beginning of June). They diagnosed a broken capacitor, replaced it, and AC was back up and running right away. The whole visit took about 30 min. Fast, efficient, and friendly guys. Definitely worth a call when your AC breaks down!

Previous company came out and gave a bogus claim about a broken fan. Friendly and professional worker named Dan came out and fixed the problem by just exreacting extra gas in the compressor. Saved us a lot of headaches

Have never had a better, more knowledgeable, service technician than Kyle. In a few words, he is the very best. and a pleasure to work with.Our humidifier drain was never cleaned out by the installers of our new system this year. It was never flushed during a previous service call. It backed up and flooded my floor and the neighbor below us. It took out a few tiles in her ceiling and made a mess. Just happened to have another service call and showed damage to Kyle while he was here. He even cleaned up my neighbors ess. My wife has called at least four times and left messages and even spoke to someone about this problem. The situation is documented showing that Sila was negligent. The damage is very small but feel that Sila should pay for the repair. Since we could not wait any longer for your reply, we had the resident handyman make the repair. Now we just ask where we should send a bill for this repair as we have already laid out the monies.Everything above did transpire, but SILA wanted to correct the situation. They immediately rectified the problem to 100% satisfaction of all parties. Chris from SILA personally handled the problem in an extremely professional way. I can now rate SILA without reservation as a FIVE STAR company with whom I would gladly do business again. Thank you Chris for your fine work.

Although my first experience with Sila did not go so well, various Sila reps stepped up to the plate immediately the next day and really made a concerted effort to make things right. They showed up when they said they would and took care of the situation. I was very impressed by the efforts of Doug, their lead tech, and Chris, the service manager, as well as Kyle, Don and the rest of the team. So much so that despite the serious issue that occured the day before, I felt confident enough to hire them to replace my entire central air system. It took an entire day (plus) working in a cramped crawlspace and in my sweltering-hot attic, but they installed my new AC system and now my home is comfortable again. Paul, the salesman was nice as well and very accomodating given the circumstances. I wouldve rated them the full five stars, but I feel they do need to ensure that what occurred on their techs initial service visit does not happen ever again to anyone else.
