Went to this salon because I’m new to the area and it seemed to have decent reviews. This was the fastest manicure I ever had and I got a powder dip set. The nails looked good for about a day or two before I noticed how uneven they were. There was so much excess glue underneath my nail as well. It started chipping and losing color about a week in.They didn’t have any prices posted anywhere and it cost $50 for about a 20 minute manicure.They were super nice though.

Great place to get a pedicure. They serve wine and water to drink and the leg massage is so relaxing!

ONLY GO TO ALEX!!They are not the same as they were a few years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So many things went wrong today. First, I had an appointment at 11:30 and did not get seen until 12:45. Nobody wanted to do my first choice of design because it would take too long (who cares as long as I am paying-just lazy). Next, I chose a design with one color. Very simple and basic. I wanted a light blue and the book they gave me did not have the blue I was looking for. She made me get that color anyway. She did her own design. The nails were different lengths (nail lady said it wouldnt matter because my nails were clear) and my friends was crooked. In the end, she asked if I liked them and I said no.Went TOTALLY CRAZY, threw my Iphone 12 and agressively held my hand. I literally had to rip my hand away. Then she cut profusely into the acrylics. I said it hurt and she then said she didnt care, she didnt like people like me (I am black), and that I am not welcomed back. I asked her to soak them off or at least file them because my nails literally have chips. She and another coworker said no and that I could do it myself.I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced something like this and am pist that she didnt at least take them off. She said I offended her since she has done nails for over 16 years.....but my nails were different lengths -_-My one nail still hurts-- I will def never come back and will have to go get these fixed tomorrow since I cannot today due to work

I got a pedicure before my friends wedding and some guy did my nails. First, I was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. Second, when he did my cuticles he did them twice instead of just once causing pain and a little bleeding. When I flinched he looked at me like I was being a baby. He did not speak to me the whole time and got up to take multiple phone calls. I now have 5 toes that are swollen and a bit crusted with scabs. It made walking for the wedding incredibly painful. My friend with me (the bride) actually had one toe nail unpainted. She also got the dip for her fingernails and after 24 hours one of them had cracked. I will not be returning.

I’ve been getting my nails done at A List since January and haven’t had problems until this last week. I got a dip manicure on Monday, July 19th and by Wednesday I had two nails chip off. This wasn’t a big deal as I filed my nails down a little and my manicure still looked decent. However, by the end of the day Saturday (5 days after getting my nails done) I had 8 additional nails where the dip polish chipped off and a few nails that broke off completely.

Very friendly, on time, clean and spacious! Did a great job on my groups pedicures. Would come back and recommend!

My Nail Technician took her time and made sure my nails were neat and clean. I received basic mani and pedi with gel French tips no extensions at all. Though I loved my service, It concerned me that it cost me $90 bucks not including the tip for the least of a mani pedi. I under gel is always more expensive but when my sister in law paid for 2 special pedicures with gel and a dip manicure and paid 35 dollars more than me it didn’t make much since. I will return but I have gel paint and a LED LAMP at home so I can do my own manicures for a fraction of what I spent.

My FAVORITE nail salon. All the ladies are so sweet, they always remember me and how I like things done! Being pregnant and going in they have taken great care of me. I love coming here to relax.

Very bad attitude of the person who attended me and made my nails apart, she was very rude when I asked her if I was going to finish doing the design, she told me that she was tired and that the next time she came back she would not attend me again. I think that if you are tired you should go to her house better I do not recommend.Im not sure if her name is greace

It is a beautiful place the people are very nice I absolutely love my nails they are not supper thick either they are perfect I’m pretty sure the lady that did my nails was Tammy would recommend her!!!

Horrible service the ladys are very rude. I got a dip with a tip done the one lady messed it up they were all crooked way to much glue and cut my hands up when doing them. She said they would redo for no charge so I went to get them fixed and a different lady did them she was even ruder horrible attitude she wouldnt listen to what I wanted and kept doing what she wanted she also cut my hands up and when I was done I was leaving and the lady started calling me names and yelling at me because I told her I I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never be back the service was horrible and the people are very rude.

😒 I wont ever go back. I didnt get what I asked for because it was too hard my nails arent even, they are more square than coffin and just all around ugly. I wasted $50 fir no reason.

I got my acrylics off and got my nails dipped, they look absolutely amazing!!

They were able to hand detail my nails when every other shop said no I am beyond pleased with the staff here!!!

Very rude, I asked for one thing they gave me another. They over charged me and the guy had an attitude about that. I will never return here again!!

I have been going to Tammy for 5 years now she always does a good job. She is creative with designs and does it all free hand. The only negative I have is the wait at times and not a lot of conversation.

My daughter got acrylic nails done here they did a rush job, sloppy work, got glue on the skin next to the nail and hurts, burned a bit while putting on nails, wanted more money to make longer nails which we’ve never seen before. Lady was agressive grabby, texture all wrong, didn’t dry thoroughly before telling her she can leave. Spoke to owner on phone and he would only offer to redo the nails. He was very kind, sat us right down and took a look, then he got another specialist to clean them up and repaint but wanted longer nails in the first place. Lady that repaired them was great and took her time and did a good job, also heard owner speak to earlier lady bout not charging extra for longer nails but don’t help this time around cause they wouldn’t put on new nails

Religiously get my nails done here, they do an excellent job. Last night I left the gym at 6:20 and pulled up by 6:22 to get a shellac color change done. The lights were on and open sign on. As I got out of my car the lights were shut off, and I tried the door and it was locked. Open sign still on. Hours posted say open til 8pm. It’s unfortunate that this happened, and that they would turn away a CASH paying customer. I ended up going across the way to VIP nails, they did great and made no comments about it being close to 7pm or their closing time. My new place to go is VIP nails!

Wow! Great first time experience with Alist. I had a manicure and pedicure with painted french tips and gel clear coat for only $55. The same day I colored my own hair and the dye stained my nails through the gloves! Went back the next day and they fixed me right up FREE OF CHARGE and even added another clear coat to my toes. They let me wear the disposable flip flops home since I didnt bring my own and was in a hurry. VERY impressed with this place. I would recommend to anyone especially groups as they have at least 8 pedicure chairs and great staff.

Most of the time I love this place. Its always clean and I rarely have to wait. However there is one worker who often runs the front desk that can be very rude to costumers.

It sounds like a few others had the same experience at this nail salon. They offer you water, which I thought was very nice, and appreciated that. While the store itself is kept clean and neat, I unfortunately cannot say that for my hands/nails. While applying the nails the woman tore open my finger, causing it to bleed, nothing was done. Also, my nails were quite uneven. I mentioned something to the lady (this was hard because Im usually passive aggressive but the nail was just so weird/stuck up that I couldnt help it). The woman held up my pinky fingers next to each other and said, They look even to me. She continued doing her work, ignoring my request if she could please file the one nail down. I didnt push the request further because she was on her phone taking calls and texts. As my nails were finished the rest of the employees stood around watching as my nails dried, eagerly waiting for me to leave.

Staff is always friendly and do a great job! I take my little girls in with me and they always are very accommodating and make them feel special.

I have been going here since they opened. Generally I have had a good experience, but their customer service could definitely use some work at times. I have NEVER had an issue with a manicure from here.

Customer service is clearly not a priority here. I got acrylic nails and they were done very poorly. One nail stuck up from my real nail because the base nail was glued on wrong. All of the nails were different shapes, probably because the lady took multiple calls and texts while she was doing my nails. Also, I understand that getting acrylic nails can be an uncomfortable process. However, my midle fingers skin was literally ripped open by the ladys rough filing. It was bleeding and she continued to do my nails and even file over the fresh cut, which could clearly be seen. The employees seemed to be too concerned about getting me out of there. Will not be returning.

They always say the wait is 15min even if its over an hour. Good job on nails though

I never write reviews but I had the worst customer service Ive ever had. I was checking out the prices when I walked in and the entire time this man and woman kept shouting at me to pick a color when I wasnt exactly ready yet. Once I did the man did my pedicure and kept slapping my feet the whole time lmfao i was pretty uncomfortable the whole time being there, considering the employees were all shouting and yelling at each other. Ill probably never go back, sorry guys!

Ive had great experiences with them and one really bad one.The lady I went to was really sweet and patient, she did a nice job and I loved my nails. Ive had her at least three times.The store owner, Phen, is also really great. Nice guy and make my nails look really great.One day I went with my friends and my one friend paid for all three of us. We got done, stopped at the desk to make sure we were good and then walked out the door. The store owners wife, Phuong, chased after us yelling in the parking lot saying we didnt pay. We went back in and the receptionist acted like it wasnt her fault for not charging us the correct amount while the owners wife freaked out on us.I was so mad I havent been back since.

Wwnt there to get acrylic nails which is what I got but when I was done I kept feeling a horrible pain in my finger what did I see? They cut my thumb open and ring finger I can feel the flesh on my finger pop ig in and off she cut my skin almost off Im still in a lot of discomfort I would bro recommend this to anyone plus the staff was very disrespectful I would be getting my nails the girl doing my nails takes a FaceTime call than goes in Facebook really? Thats not how you should treat people there Im never going back there again!
