Jenny and Joel were both so welcoming and helpful. Joel answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure that I would know how to use and care for my hearing aides. The office is open and comfortable and I felt understood and cared for. These are really good people. They understand the hardships of hearing loss and know how to help. If youre just addressing your hearing loss for the first time or if you already have hearing aides and would like to switch to somewhere with fabulous customer service, I would highly recommend NewSound Hearing on 1st Street in Cedar Falls.

I saw Joel, from NewSound. He was very knowledgeable and suggested just the adjustments to make on my aids. He also cleaned my ear canals and examined my aids. The receptionist and Joel were personable and easy to talk with. I definitely recommend this office for hearing aid service.
