So a week ago I found this place online looked at the reviews and decided to go and have them fix my daughters phone $180.00 dollars to have it fix plus tax so $220.00 dollars is what the final price was. So we decided to wait a week cause we didnt have the money at that time . We came back a week later and talk to this gentleman right here and recieved the same price quote of 180.00 dollars plus tax . The only difference was his customer service was very bad .he decided to get angry because I Chuckled when he asked my daughter for her 1st and last name and When she had already did. The same thing the gentleman did the week before thats why chuckled. I could see that he had got upset by his Facial expressions and when I had asked him the told price of the phone he told me that I didnt need to press him about it Very Angry!! So I said to him i can see that your Upset and I dont need to be talked like that and he need to check attitude. So thats why you get 1 for customer satisfaction on the phone part thankyou to the other employees that fix my daughters phone and I feel bad that you have to work with this guy.

The charging port to my laptop broke the first week of classes. Worst nightmare. I walked into CPR after many failed attempts at other places within the area. I always go to CPR for any phone issues but I did not think of coming in for my laptop. The staff was very kind and prompt to fix my issue for a reasonable price. I was a week without my laptop but it was well worth it. I highly recommend them for any laptop needs!

I called they said they had the parts so I went in immediately and they said they didnt have the parts but could have them and have the devices done the next day. The next day they still dont have them done now to wait even longer. How does your staff all not know what they do or do not have?! Update:almost a whole week later and only one device done supposedly they are still waiting on the part for the other device to come in.....I may no longer be doing business here after this.

I went to Quick Phix because after the passing of my daughter something happened to her phone and I could no longer access it or any of the pictures. They were outstanding honestly! I can;t say enough good things about them. They worked with US Cellular to resolve the problem and would not quit until the problem was solved. They were sensitive to my situation and the loss of my daughter and made me feel like it really mattered to them! They also showed me how to view my daughters pictures on my computer in addition to her phone. At times like this it becomes about holding on to precious memories with a loved one, who is no longer here. It was very emotional for me.They were a HUGE blessing to me. I highly recommend them!

I went to change my pc case and he missed up the them and the build also he broke a small part of my gpu, didnt install all of the fans in the right places. one major thing that my pc does not show my ssd which only happened after i took the build.also when they installed the aio for the cpu its showing in the software of the pc .

I dropped my phone and the screen no longer turned on. I didnt know what the problem was. Quick Phix was by far the cheapest option in the area, so I went to them. They knew right away what was wrong. After they fixed it, I dropped my phone again LITERALLY the next day, and cracked the screen. When I went in AGAIN to have them fix it, they were so gracious and offered me a discount because they felt bad for me.... What customer service! I would go back to Quick Phix with any future phone issues. I felt they were fast, kind, knowledgable, and very honest. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately it was more than a dead battery, but Quick Phix was able to set me up with a refurbished phone. My daughter accidentally dropped my phone and it ended up being closed in the car door. After realizing my phone still worked except for the screen/display, I called QuickPhix/Cell Phone Repair and explained what happened. Although it was only about 30 minutes until closing time, they told me to come in right away and they would get the screen replaced. (Assuming there wasnt more damage) I was in and out within 30 minutes with a new screen and screen protector. Such great customer service. They were up front that there was a slight bend in my phone so there was a chance it had more damage before they even started to work on it. I appreciated them telling me before had and asking if I still wanted them to attempt to replace the screen. Highly recommend!!

Lucas and Luke were lifesavers for me! After leaving multiple IT store associates stumped, Luke guaranteed me they’d be able to fix my digital crisis. I had my doubts, but sure enough, Lucas worked diligently to restore items on my old phone for my new phone. I apparently had some virus in my iCloud address and it was a giant complicated mess- not at all what a typical “back-up” could achieve. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Lucas for really digging deep and resolving the issue, and for Luke who guaranteed they could help me out. Amazing customer service all around!

I got my charging port replaced. We had issues with the back staying on after, but they asked me to come back in, so they could make sure it was properly on, which I really appreciate. They got the job done and were really helpful addressing all my concerns.

My iPhone wouldnt hold a charge. My cell company wanted me to purchase a new phone. I went to Quick Phix, and they determined my battery was operating at 15 percent. They replaced the battery for around $70. Its been fixed for a couple weeks now and works like new! I would highly recommend!

Heard about Quick Phix from a Facebook ad when Adam had his free iPhone repair contest going on. I entered and when I didnt win he offered me 15% off my repair. I ended up having to bring my phone and my boyfriends to repair. He repaired them fast and it was done within a few hours by the time I got off work. Adam was very nice and helpful when we came to pick the phones up and gave us a few suggestions for phone cases and even had some tempered glass in the store and put it on my phone for me. Took it into QuickPrix to have it repaired and the person I spoke to was very friendly, helpful, professional. Prices were very reasonable which is great as the claim to have the lowest prices in town. I Received my repaired phone and it looks brand new! They also flawlessly installed a new screen protector on my phone. I am a frequent visitor / customer at the Waterloo store and always have a very quick turn around time for my repair along with top notch workmanship!

In 2hrs my Galaxy S7s screen was replaced, for a fraction of what it would cost for me to just upgrade to a new phone that I didnt really need yet. New screen actually seems more responsive to touch than the original, so now it works better than before it broke!
