We had an elderly dog that left lots of surprises on the carpet and when she passed we knew we needed a deep clean. It was easy to schedule and Mark got me in within a week. The carpet feels brand new. The softness has come back and all the discoloration from wear and tear is gone. Excellent, affordable service!

Mark with Chem-Dry was fantastic to work with! He was able to squeeze me in super last minute (within less than 24 hours on a weekend) so we could get my house on the market right away. He was professional, courteous, and willing and able to work with our short deadline. The whole house was cleaned in a timely manner and the carpets look wonderful. I will definitely be using his services again in the future and will be recommending his business to family and friends.

I still have areas that have not been touched. There are demarcation lines that show an inch wide strip that never saw cleaner. While it was wet it looked great after drying there are places that needed extra attention. Paid in advance no bill or receipt left.In reply to your comment yes it was Chem Dry who I scheduled to clean the carpets of 309 1/2 Main St Cedar Falls. The bill was paid for under my boyfriend Tim.

I had an amazing experience with Chem Dry of ME Iowa. I purchased a new home and was able to schedule a carpet cleaning several weeks in advance for it to be cleaned before I moved in. Mark took the time to explain the whole process and offered options for the cleaning. Chem Dry got out stains I thought would be there for good!! I was also having allergic reactions to the cat dander from the previous owner upon entering the home and have had no problems since Chem Dry cleaned my carpets! Would 100% use Chem Dry services again and will always refer them to my friends and family!

It was awful in the high traffic areas, and had some puppy accidents that came right out. We have four kids and a dog, a very busy household! Chem-dry has removed gum from the carpet, cleaned mattresses from bed wetting accidents, and trouble spots from potty training our little doggie. Recently they helped us when our sump over flowed and our carpet got wet in the basement. The customer service and the pride they take in their work is unparallelled!! They are easy to get scheduled, very timely, and do a fantastic job!! I never imagined they could get everything so clean! We even bought some spot cleaner from them that works wonders!
