Tyler understood my problem and installed a new electrical box and placed more electrical outlets in places where I needed them the most. .The team at Dalton is innovative and up to date with the latest in technology. Theyll send out an estimator that will diagnose the problem and let you know how much it will cost and how long it will take to get the problem resolved. I have used Dalton for a lot of work on my home and would never use anyone else! Lindsey and Jeff did extensive plumbing work for me; washer dryer hook ups, gas line, bathroom venting, water purification system and other minor fixes. They were an absolute DELIGHT to have in my home, very profession and EXCELLENT at what they do. They were very thorough, neat and detailed with their work. They were always very patient with any questions I had and checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with the work. I’m at ease as a homeowner knowing that a reputable company has my back when it comes to anything they do.

I was very impressed with my experience at Dalton. My AC stopped working over the weekend so I called requesting a tech come out to take a look at it. Melissa, the customer service representative, went above and beyond trying to find something that worked in my schedule. She made a couple calls to other customers to see if they were open to rescheduling in order to squeeze me in. The technician who came out, Brad, originally called me 40 minutes early, however I was not home from work yet (loved the punctuality!). He showed up right on time of the appointment and did a thorough job diagnosing the problem with my thermostat as well as showing me some maintenance items I can do on my own. I will be utilizing this company from now on and recommend you do the same!

First off, Daltons is awesome for hiring vets. Secondly, Matt and Tyler were absolutely amazing! We had continous issues over the span of a week and these two guys went above and beyond to make sure that we had heat, power, and were going to be good to go until they could get a permanent fix. They came out during terrible hours and weather conditions to take care of us, very responsive on options and callbacks, and just friendly all around. Will definitely be using their services when needed in the future and highly recommend them.

Both the plumber and AC repairman did a great job of performing maintenance work and making sure everything was in working order. They were very patient with me and explained the issues they found in a way that I could understand.

We had a gas fireplace installed by Daltons.We love our new fireplace and the HVAC technicians were great. HOWEVER..The overall expiernce was rough. We were initially underwhelmed with the knowledge of the staff at their showroom. We ended up on Regencys website and had to call them directly a number of times.The subcontractor they used for the framing and stone surround was very difficult to work with. I ended up ripping out some of his work myself as he was off by 10 inches. He did everything out of any logical order. He wanted to cut corners on not very expensive materials. (2 x 4s, plywood, and dura rock) His framed wall was even wobbly. He was very skilled with the stone work, but everything else was a mess!In the end we have a beautiful new fireplace, but next time I am hiring a trusted general contractor to avoid the stress and hassle.

Brad stopped by a little earlier than expected (after calling to confirm that was OK), he was very open about what he knew, and shared details about what was going on. He noted a few details that the installer got wrong when they installed my heat pump in the first place, and was able to locate a mis-wired thermostat and get our AC running quickly. Well worth the price.

Brad was awesome. Very kind, felt like he cared about the odd situation going on with my A/C and fixed it quickly. He walked me through what he was doing. And explained what he was doing, was going to do.

Brad came to work on our A/C after having trouble and exhausting all the options we were able to do ourselves. He was thorough, answered all of our questions, and gave us his honest input on our options. After getting the A/C to run, he stopped by almost 3 hours later to check on how it was running, since he was just down the street working at our neighbors house. We definitely appreciate the follow up and taking the extra step to make sure we got what we needed.

I had a bad experience after mostly good ones. Ive dealt with Dalton many times for heating and they have been good. My recent experience though was not. The electrician came out to look at the house and put together a quote for some work. I never received a quote. I called a couple of weeks after they had been to my home and still didnt receive it.

Scott from Dalton showed up shortly after receiving a call that he was available to come by...it was ahead of the scheduled appointment. It was the day after Thanksgiving and we had no heat. In less than an hour, Scott had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It is worthy to note that I have an atypical heating set up in my house. It involves radiant in-floor heat and a complex boiler. So it was nice having someone (SCOTT) who was knowledgeable of my equipment. It is important to note that I have a Complete Home Comfort Plan with Dalton. Great peace of mind for a small annual fee!

We were preparing for a remodel of our house and knew our old systems (heat, 40 years and AC, 18 years) were needing replaced. We called about a dozen various places in the Cedar Valley (all were good) and kept coming back to Dalton because of the quality of staff and value or products.We wanted to wait a little longer until the remodel was in progress, but our AC died on one of those 95 degree days. We called first thing Monday and scheduled our replacement for 8 am Tuesday. At 7:50 on Tuesday, the repair team arrived. They were exceptional. My team consisted of William, Jordan, and Steve. These three guys worked tirelessly from 8 am to 8 pm, installing my new AC in a house that was 89 degrees. It was not an easy install, but they did everything above-and-beyond what was expected. I am so impressed!

Enjoy that Dalton’s folks are thorough and helpful in addressing my concerns. I’m glad I gave their service plan a try. Now I have a little more peace of mind that everything is in good shape since they come regularly to check up on our home.
