The managers are very friendly and personable! They offer great candy,homemade ice cream, and soda galore. Its a little ghetto, but its a cute quirky kind of ghetto. :) They have deals everyday of the week. Its nice to have a video store around still!

Wonderful locally owned movie and video game rental store. Management is awesome, and they have great deals every single day.

Its a great place to go and get any movie you are looking for. They have often ordered it in for us if it wasnt in stock.

New Movies before Redbox. Better Deals.. Lost Favorites :)

This video store is all about the experience! Sure, you can rent a movie for about the same price as redbox, but its fun fo and kids (and adults) to see the videos all at once and walk around. They have homemade ice cream, soda from all around the world, and unique chocolate and candy! Such a quirky and unique place, but definitely better than redbox and Netflix! Good options for old releases and many new releases available!

Kinda weird to see a Hollywood video still in business. Huge blast from the past right here. I thought that after they moved to downtown that they would have upped their quality, like you know, dusting shelves and not having beat up shelves and floors, but its still super dirty and it doesnt look like they take care of their products.

Low end video shop, has a large selection of games and movies, as well as foreign candies. It is a bit trashy and disorganized, but it does provide DVDs and games, so its not too bad.

Usually have what I need and if they dont they can usually order it. Have been respectful to me and take the time to chat and make me feel welcome.

I have purchased two Xbox 360 used games both of which were too scratched to play. Also when I inquired about guitar hero games I was told he had lots of them in his storage but he did not seem the least bit interested in getting them for me and selling them. Said hed call me in a couple weeks and never did. The owner always seems too distracted about other things to care about what his store is selling. Its almost like his store is just a front for something illegal.

Friendly staff, good selection, only way to find older movies and less popular movies and games to rent.

Buyer beware. Dont buy movies from them new. They open the package and remove codes and promotions then refuse to refund because the product is not defective. The owner said he would fix it. That was 3 years ago.

This is the absolute WORST video store. The management is a joke, they have AWFUL customer service. Very very rude to their customers. They dont try to help you out or anything. There shelves fall over too so be careful if you ever go there. They dont even deserve one star. JOKE of a store and employees.
