These guys saved me. Found out on a holiday weekend that I had a water leak on my main line from the house. They came by on a Saturday night, got me connected to water through a neighbor, and were able to fix my leak promptly. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. Professional, courteous, and fair prices as well.

Excellent service. Prompt, friendly, professional. An outside pipe had frozen and other above-ground pipes that fed our outdoor irrigation system were badly corroded.Tucker fixed everything, replacing a couple of the pipes, tested the system, and explained how it worked so I understood better. I appreciated the help.

I would love to believe all the positive reviews, however that would require on Me Rooters end to actually return my calls and show up for appointments. Ive tried using their service three different times, and in the end ultimately called a service from 45+ miles away. Two of my calls were never returned by their dispatcher, and the one that was resulted in the appointment being a no-show with no call. I couldnt even get an idea of how long it could take for a callback the last time I tried to get a plumbing issue serviced.

Charges me over $400 to fix a leak. Still leaks! Company offered no solution! Left me on my own! Do Not Trust their word or work! Stole my money basically! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!!!

The plan was to install a new gas line to allow us to convert to a gas cook top. Tucker was great in sleuthing the current gas distribution system and found that the gas line already existed (from previous owners) in the wall behind the kitchen cabinets. Saved us a lot of money to not have to install a whole new line. Tucker was patient and determine to make sure he understood the need and the system that we had in the home. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to do the right thing, even if it means they may not get as much money out of the job.

Tucker Jennings was right on time and in a couple of hrs. I had a new water heater all hooked up and had old one already in utility vehicle. Mr .Tucker knew what he was doing and was courteous and neat. Most important, his helper couldnt make it, so he did the job himself. Im very happy with his work and installation of new water heater. Ten stars for his good service. Now. I can take my hot bath!
