She signed us up and got us scheduled for the next available installation.On the day of our installation Preston and Cameron arrived on time and in a very friendly and professional manner. We showed them where the cable panel is and they went right to work. Everything was installed to our great satisfaction.We are new to Cedar City and greatly appreciate SC Broadbands service and product. The package we purchased is lightning fast and thus far has never been down.We cant recommend SC Broadband enough. It is the best internet product and service we have ever had and we have lived in many locations around the country.Thanks again to the staff.

My wife and I so far are very pleased with this SC broadband. Before, we had tds and it would constantly disconnect even when working from home. However, SC broadband has given us a secure connection that hardly ever goes out. It is very reliable and dependable. My wife and I love to game and it also allows us to both play games and stream online simultaneously. Great installation and very professional service.

Ive been happy with the service so far, they have great speed at a great price. To compare, living north I paid 1.5 times as much and only had 1/4 the speed. On top of a good deal for internet, I was extremely impressed today to see at least 3 SC broadband crews out with ditch witches pumping water out of peoples basements in Enoch after the floods.

Very pleased so far! I’ve only been a customer for about a month, but they were easy to work with and to arrange installation with. My teenagers say the service itself is awesome! :)

I waited 7 months to have WiFi available in my area and it was definitely worth the wait!! I was contacted when it became available and my installer was here in 5 days. He was thorough and friendly. SC provides great service. They have been superior from the street to in house installation. They made sure to put the equipment where we wanted it and then tested to make sure it would provide the service they promised.

After years of dealing with Comcast, SC Broadband has been a breath of fresh air. They two installers out to run cable from the street (my house is a new build) and set me up in a few hours. Both guys were very personable and professional.I have not had any issues with the high speed router. Reception is tip-top.

Loving the speed of our internet w/zero outages so far. With both my wife and working from home, we need fast and reliable internet. SC broadband is the answer! Our original install was moved forward and the techs were awesome. Cameron and Preston were professional, courteous and had great senses of humor. The ladies in the office were great too.

They are fantastic! Some of the electrical work was done incorrectly by our builder. They could have had us get an electrician in and say theyd be back when we got it done, but they got their own electrician in on the same day and didnt charge us extra. We havent had any problem with our internet, very fast, very fair price, lowest I could find in the area for the quality. The people installing the internet were very respectful and kind.

I cant vouch for their internet, it sounds great, but the advertisements they give you are not quite true. Despite what they say, there IS a cancellation fee, and it is not a month to month contract, it is a 12 month term. In addition, the price jumps $20 after the first 12 months. They are not clear on installation either. They do have to do some construction work around your house in order to trench the wires in.All in all, not a bad plan, you just have to read the terms and conditions carefully.

They stand behind their product and are ready to help with any problems. I highly recommend this internet company. They are hands down the best we have ever had!

Ive only been with this company for a couple months, the internet speed is excellent, but Ive had issues with it just not working. Ive had over a week of no internet periodically over the 3 weeks. When I lose internet, have to call and sit on hold for about an hour just for someone to tell me to reset it. Reset never works, then they say theyll create a ticket and send a tech out but dont schedule a time, just that the tech will call when hes on his way sometime in the next day or so, this time the tech didnt bother to show up at all. My whole house runs on my internet, its a big deal for me to go days without it. Need to fix these issues, Id rather have slow consistent internet than fast inconsistent internet.

We changed over to SC Broadband a little over a month ago because our previous provider kept having drops on the Internet service. I dont care how fast the up to speed is, if it isnt consistently working, it not worth it. So far SC Broadband has been great. And the customer service is amazing. You can actually call in and get a live person to talk to. I tell everyone how great this service is. Ive lived in two other states, and hands down SC Broadband is the best. Well done.

They were incredibly quick in the scheduling and process, knowledgeable and had no problems answering any and all questions I had. Definitely recommend to anyone needing an ISP as I have also yet to have any hiccups in the connectivity even when needing to download large data files for games while streaming a show.

Not long ago I switched our internet provider from a company we had been with for several years to SC Broadband. My interest in SC began while watching how hard they worked installing their fiber optic cable in the neighborhood where we live. Their advertised internet speed was another reason. When I called and inquired about installation I was told it would be done at no charge and I agreed.The first phase of installation was bringing the fiber cable from the street to our residence. The next phase was installing the cable in our home. Both were done by highly skilled professionals. I could not be happier with their workmanship.Soon after installation was completed I measured the internet speed. It was exactly as advertised which was in sharp contrast to the previous provider whose speed was about half of what they advertised. The reception I now receive is superb.What stands out most is SC Broadband’s customer service. I can’t recall when I enjoyed customer service that was as prompt, as professional and as courteous as the service I received from SC Broadband. It was and remains exceptional.

This company has made gaining access to, old email addresses at the former AccessWest all but impossible! I am trying to help my grandmother again, who has one of these old email addresses and has lost the direct page link I gave her on her home page. So now, I am searching their website and there is not a single mention of the old emials, let alone a way to get there! As long as these email addresses are active, there should be a simple home page link on your website, to make this not such a dang chore to figure out!

We recently had Fiberoptic put in our house. Every worker we spoke to from the workers who laid the wiring in the street to the techs who did the installation were friendly and very professional. Our techs were Darrel and Preston. They stayed until they were absolutely sure we had no questions or needs in setting up all of our devices. Thank you to both of them for making it such a positive experience. We then received a call from a friendly office assistant a week later to make sure all is well with the set up. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Edited: I was reached out to by Amanda, and they had someone out early on Monday morning to fix it (noticed the issue on the weekend). They went above and beyond to fix the sprinkler problem.Internet is fine, but it is a hassle getting my sprinkler lines fixed after they were broken by their installation.

We have been using SC Broadbands fiber and phone services since we moved into our office building in 2014. They have been so good to work with and their customer support has been great! We now have the same service in our home and it is wonderful to have reliable internet service. I will recommend SC Broadband to anyone and everyone who will listen.

SC broadband is working great. The down side was the wait time between signing up for service and actually getting connected. ( August - October). When that was resolved everything was great. The installers were fast, friendly, and very helpful. Collette was very attentive and I appreciate her friendly demeanor.

Jason Scott and Trevor P. Were absolutely amazing when they came and installed our internet today 2/19/21 We didnt have very many places that the internet could be connected. None of the locations were where me and my brother wanted it to be and they went the extra mile to go into the attic and drill a hole in the wall where we felt it would work the best. They went the extra mile and made me feel like I could ask as many questions as I needed! Already impressed and it hasnt even been a full day of having this service.

This is a sharp company.I have had a couple of issues with my internet not performing as it should, and each time Ive called, Ive gotten a real-live English-speaking person who walked me through diagnosing the problem and fixing it.I appreciate that they have a well call you back so you dont have to listen to our hold music feature. Bill, in particular, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain a lot of things to me I would never have known about internet services.

I have been working with Collette at SC Broadband and she has been amazing responsive and always willing to help. I ran in to one issue with my IP address changing to often and collette ordered me a static ip and I worked with tech support to resolve the issue so I could get back to work. So far they have been amazing and I really enjoy the speed and the price.

There is no other choice in Cedar City for high-speed internet connections. The speeds that you pay for are spot on and the issues are few and far between if any. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. They are always fast and efficient. If they dont have the answer to a question right away they will follow up quickly with the correct answer.

This company may of been great. But they really dont care about their customers all that much anymore. Hey here in Beaver we were without internet for 3 days. Well it was off more than on for those 3 days. We received no reason for the outrage, no sorry here is a few dollars off your next bill.

South Central did a great job and they were quick to help us get wifi in our apartment. They made sure that we were helped in everyway possible and thorough in making sure it was up and running.

My installer tech was great. Very courteous, friendly, personable, and polite. He made sure I was happy with the install when all was finished he made sure I understood the app and what I can do with that.

My wife works from home so we need absolutely reliable and fast internet. Since we went with sc fiber we have had no problems. We left infowest because it went down too many times at critical moments and the speed was sketchy.

Collette in customer service was wonderful to work with and quickly responded to a billing problem. Darrell did the install at our house and did exactly what we asked. The internet service has been great. Had a few issues with the install from the main line as they drilled and hit my sewer line but they have been great. They took care of the cost to get it fixed. I recommend this company for their internet service. Have not had any major issues with the service going out and I work from home so I have to have fast speeds.

My new place didnt have internet yet. I was without it for 2 weeks. The other providers had higher prices too. I waited and when they came more bad news. The fiber line wasnt to my house yet. But the workers said no problem you need internet. They ran the line all the way to my house that day. And installed the very next day. Activated my outlets that I wanted for free for the delay. Just in 2 days they did more than comcast in 10 years. The prices are the best around and no data cap. Ive had their internet for over a month now. I stream video games and had tons of devices on at one time. Never once had slow internet.TLDR: Best prices, best customer service, and no data caps. Only other internet provider to beat them is google fiber. And that is only in one area. If you need the best fiber and speeds. SC is hands down the best.

We had sc in Enoch and loved it. We were so excited when they decided to add it in Cedar. We havent had any problems and their customer service is awesome! We would definitely recommend them.

Calen Griffith did a fabulous job in helping us diagnosis our problem which turned out to be our router issue. He went well beyond what I expected in helping us determine what the problem was and in assisting us set up the new router with our preferred settings. We could not be more pleased with the support we received.

The installation process was pretty smooth. I have an older home and there was a problem with having a strong signal in a couple areas of my home. The tech installed a repeater and made sure I had great coverage everywhere. Everyone I have worked with has been professional and service oriented. The internet is fast and dependable. Quite happy thus far.

Trevor was quick and nice when he came to install. Internet is BLAZING fast. Super cheap compared to other companies. I would get 100 mbps with other companies for $70+ a month and now I’m at 850-900 mbps for $45 it’s amazing!

Internet drops and seems to run slow at times. My internet cut out completely and I couldn’t get any assistance because they’re closed on Sunday. Just know that if you lose your internet late Saturday evening, you will be screwed until they open on Monday. God help you if you have homework or a virtual doctor’s appointment like I did....

We have SC Broadband at our business, and it has been awesome. The service is fast and reliable, and if an issue ever comes up their support team is on it. We just signed up for south central internet. The gentleman that installed our internet was so very helpful and friendly showing us the system. We had a problem one night with our internet going down. It must of fixed its self because we put a call in to south central and someone called us back on the weekend to make sure we were up and running. I’m so glad to be a customer of South Central

SC had not fully installed their technology in the neighborhood where I had just moved. They worked very hard to bring me service, as I was without the ability to access the internet. The service person who came to install my system was very friendly and knowledgable, and went the extra mile to make sure my TV worked right, although that wasnt part of SCs responsibility. And the actual service has been sterling, working correctly every time, with no glitches. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering their service.

My family and I recently relocated to Utah from Arizona. My wife works remotely so having internet was imperative for us. SC Broadband worked with us to coordinate the installation of our internet fiber so that when we arrived to Utah everything would be taken care of. They also checked in with us frequently to ensure that we were satisfied. The day we moved in to our home the fiber was dropped and the next day one of their staff members came to finish the installation. I highly recommend this company. They also have extremely affordable rates for extremely high speed internet. We have had no issues at all with the service.
