I have used Serve Pro in the past for flooding issues. This service was for carpet cleaning. Aaron was my technician, He was courteous and insisted on doing a good job. My carpet looked beautiful. Because of the extra attention at removing the moisture, the carpets were dry within an hour. They were not soaked and saturated. Wonderful service I will be needing carpets cleaned at my second home. I will insist they send Aaron.

My experience with this company couldnt have gone any better! I woke up to a flooded hallway/laundry room and needed to be at work within an hour. I told them Id leave the door unlocked. 20 minutes later, Adam was at my door, he was kind and knowledgeable he made me and my toddler feel comfortable in what was a very hectic morning and situation. When I came home at lunch everything had been taking care of, they were gentle with my belongings and explained the fans that were left. The next morning Aaron came by and explained what needed to happen, he was kind, professional, and positive. My toddler doesnt like strangers and he had two new friends by the end of this process. Id like to thank them from the bottom of my heart. I would recommend this company and these men to anyone, especially if you feel uneasy leaving someone in your home while you arent there. Fabulous experience.

My A/C back flowed and flooded into my basement; found the water around 1:30 AM. I Filled out the ServPro online form to have someone come out and he called within 20 minutes! Shocked, I told him It wasnt an emergency and I already did what could be done immediately. We agreed to have him take a look Tuesday A.M. Not only did he Adam show up, but he was on time! kudos for the professionalism. We took a look at everything and did a couple of quick checks. He gave me some recommendations and I will be calling him back in a few weeks when I am ready to do the final deep clean and prep before carpet. With all the floods this past week I know there was plenty of big jobs lined up he could have passed me off for, but instead seemed genuine and eager to help. There was no upselling, no rush, a great attitude and honest recommendations. I would recommend CDC ServPro both as a small business owner and homeowner in a second!

Aaron was very helpful and a very Friendly guy. He is very good at communicating about the issues and whatsoever. Very professional! I was very happy going to sleep knowing Aaron took care of everything in 1 day. I would highly recommend Servpro cedar/Fillmore. As is always the case, when I realized my basement had flooded it was very stressful. I called Servpro, the receptionist was very helpful and had Aaron at my house within an hour. He did a thorough inspection of the damages and then explained what steps needed to be taken to get it cleaned up and taken care of. He then worked tirelessly to get the job done, working very long hours to complete it as soon as possible. It was so reassuring to know that he was going to take care of everything and do it right. Aaron documented all damage and worked with my insurance agent in the process. Thanks Servpro and especially Aaron for the great service!

Contracted ServPro in Cedar to do a water cleanup job in Parowan. I talked to Adam and he said that they would get someone out to get an estimate worked up. I talked to him a few days later and gave him the approval to get the work done. He said that he would have someone get started on it. I let him know that we would take care of the flooring part of the job. He agreed and I didnt think anything else about it. A WEEK later Im talking to the Homeowner and they mention that ServPro still hasnt been out. They think theyre coming out the next day. Another few days pass and I find out that there still hasnt been any work done. I called up Adam and he tells me that theyve been really busy. I understand being busy, but if you say youre going to do a job then you do the job. If it turns out that you cant do the job, then you COMMUNICATE to the people involved. Adam told me in an I dont care voice that if he could get someone out there he would, otherwise I could get someone else to do the job. Thanks for making a bad situation worse by doing nothing then bailing on the job. I will NEVER recommend using ServPro of Cedar City.

What can I say about these gentleman! Everything was great! Fixed in a quick and timely manner. Very professional! Even came on Thanksgiving Night! And ad a plus they were a pleasure to talk to! I absolutely love this company and would recommend in my area. (Cedar City) Within an hour of our flood they were here to help and brought in fans! The young lady Felicity was extremely helpful and assuring. She really helped us with the process of understanding what needed to be done. (We’re first time home owners)

I called about 8:30 in the morning, they were here 3 hours later...it is a 2.5 hour drive. In walked two women named Penny and Felicity. They greeted us courteously, asked about the damage, and PROMPTLY went to work. They were very kind, courteous, KNOWLEDGABLE, helpful, and above all, very interested in our feelings and concerns. They stuck to the task at hand, never wasting a moments time...unless we had a question. Then, they stopped and answered it to our satisfaction. When they left, we had all our questions answered and were completely satisfied in every respect with what came next.The next day, Penny stopped by again to make sure everything was fine and the drying process was going as planned. The next day, Austin came by and checked again. He determined that they would come back in two days and all would be dry and ready for repair. It was...Saturday, Penny came back and picked up all the equipment, again made VERY sure we were happy (we were) and went on to her next job.If I ever have another problem, they will be my first and ONLY call. I was in a highly customer service oriented business for over 40 years and I can say with NO HESITATION that these three people were tops in customer service and efficiency in their jobs. MR. Boss (whoever you are)...give them all a raise...especially Penny. She was AWESOME!

From the day our new hot water heater was found to have been leaking (likely for weeks), Austin with Servepro and his team (Penny and Chase), where over here in a flash!The team set up dryers and related equipment to stop further damage and to mitigate what had already occurred.I was kept in the loop with communication every day and every step of the way. I used Servpro of Cedar City after a bat infestation in my attic and I was amazed at their professionalism and the timely fashion that they completed the work,, their staff was compassionate and helpful and made me feel so good about what they where doing. Our experience with this company was not the best. They did an okay job, missed some places but other than that was pleased with the clean up. My biggest problem was they gave an initial quote. First paragraph of quote, “...provider identified below (ServPro) to perform any and all necessary cleaning and/or restoration services on Customers property located at property address above, and with respect to items that need to be cleaned at a remote location to remove and clean such items as necessary.”Every time we turned around it was an ADDED charge.I highly recommend anyone using this company have them put it in very specific writing what is included and what is not included in their quote.

Adam did really great work on a restoration in my apartment. He was always courteous and made sure the work and his schedule met my needs and expectations.
