98% of the time you get great customer service. The manger Phil and the young African American guy are excellent. Im disable and my husband got in an accident. They offered to come out and help me with him. You dont get treated like that every day. Outstanding !!!

Went into finish my account that I started online. Had everything I needed and the woman in there was very rude. So i walked out. I will never tell anyone to rent from them.

Very easy to work with. Never had a problem with returns or new items. We are on Broad River 1/4 mile from RAC and still drive to Cayce because of the great customer service we recieve there.

Nice friendly employees and they call and remind us about the payment and let us know when the payment is due.... My husband always forgets so Im glad they call me

Rude customer service with attitude anytime you go in there. They call you looking for the payment ON the due date harassing you about the payment even before the close of business. Take my advice, save yourself the trouble, and lease elsewhere.

Had an issue with my couch needing to be fixed said they would come and get it and never showed up always stat they are down on drivers this coming from a customer that has never been late on a payment and i get put on a back burner but if i miss a payment you know dang right they would be blowing up my phone
