They should change their name from Sunbelt Rentals to Money Belt Rentals. They are 2X higher on rental fees as compared to their competitors.

Rented a trencher and trailer the week prior to picking it up at a specified time. They did not have the trailer when I arrived. The man at the front did his best (he deserves 5 stars), but they were clearly understaffed. I left without the items I rented.

They got the heavy machinery you need. They know what they are doing. Very easy to work with. Rentals delivered and picked up as scheduled. Easy going staff. I wouldnt want to rent machinery as large and possibly dangerous from anywhere else.

Outstanding service! Rented a concrete grinder from them over the weekend. Had issues with e machine and brought it to their attention Monday morning. They reissured replacement machine for another weekend at no extra charge. No hassles no questions. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

Best prices and amazing customer service

I have used this company for years. The staff is helpful and friendly, and their inventory between the two Columbia locations allows me to do jobs I would otherwise have to turn down. Reasonable prices, too, and if you bring the equipment back early enough, they will only charge you for a half day.

I think that they might have everything that you could possibly need to do anything I think you can even get a mop and bucket

I rent equipment from here a few times a year. It is always an easy process. This week we had a problem with a machine. Zach came out. He diagnosed and fixed the problem then answered any questions we had. It was great to have such a nice guy like Zach to help. I will always recommend Sunbelt.

Website said this place was open on a Saturday. After driving all the way from Irmo, they were actually closed. I went to AARO Rentals in Columbia, and got what I needed. They were actually open on a Saturday. What a concept.
