Darrell got my Sentra running great after having problems with a vehicle I purchased from a shady dealership. I returned a month later for another issue. Again Darrell got me up and running quickly. Being new to SC Im glad I found an awesome honest mechanic.

Came in urgently on a Sunday evening with 3 engine codes. My engine was running too lean and I simply didnt have the time nor tools to test it out. Monday morning by 1130 the diagnostic was done, and by 330pm my car was fixed. Also they provide a military discount and were understanding of my situation. Thanks yall.

Great customer service, Darrell is awesome and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. At this place they don’t try to scam you like some of these other places. They tell you what is exactly wrong with your car, and tell you how to keep up the maintenance. The receptionist is the best and she has a bubbly personality. With great customer service like this, it makes you want to keep coming back. The overall staff is welcoming and professional.

Precision Tune is a very good place to get your vehicle worked on. However, have money $$$ with U or in your bank account. BECAUSE THE COST OF LABOR IS VERY HIGH...

This is a place that I will never again in life use. My mom took my car there, they give us one price over the phone. Once the work was done it was 400+ more than what they told us, because they took it upon themselves to do other work to the car without prior approval. My car was still skipping took it back he said give him a hour which turned into 24hrs remind you they originally got the car Saturday, morning which that 5hr wait turned into me getting my car back Monday evening and it went back to them 10 min later 200 more dollars car was still doing the same just worse. Call corporate and Darrell from corporate never calls back so I called him he claims he will call back never did so now they tell me they not refunding me my money or not even half on there behalf. Theyre a rip off for people money.

All the staff is amazing!! Especially the manger and front desk receptionist. The manger saw a few issues with my car and showed them to me, which I loved I feel like he wasnt trying to take advantage of me. The receptionist was very helpful in answering all of my questions! The service was fast, friendly, and affordable! Will most definitely be back!

Took wifes car in for brakes.They installed faulty parts that damaged rear axle seals.Installed new seals, under warranty,which went bad and destroyed the whole rear end. Again, under warranty, replaced the rear end. However, they used the wrong model year, and, although it made it through the warranty period, failed shortly after. Incompetent mechanics, and unhelpful managment.

I brought my 1977 el Camino there for and oil change and a cooling flush and a fill... they flushed my system but did not refill it.Make sure you check behind your services with them.

Receptionist SUPER nice...however...there was a lady in the garage area, that walked around smoking a cigarettes the whole time I waited for my car. She was flipping her ashes in a big trash can in the garage. NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION!..I would think this would NOT be allowed. The morning after I had my oil change, on my way to work..my oil light came on. It said 3% oil life left. NOT going back because of these reasons...would NOT RECOMMENED!...the one star is for the receptionist..

Prices seem to be very fair and I didnt feel pressure to do all of the extra recommended services at that time, although the pricing of one did convince me to go ahead and to it. Came in for the $14.99 basic oil change and was helped immediately by Assistant Manager/Lead Tech: Dan The Man Lear (I gave him the nickname) who was extremely friendly & funny, yet professional. The entire crew was kind, smiling, knowledgeable and hard at work. I was in and out with a smile and not one single complaint about my entire experience in less than 20 minutes. Jonathan, and the team, very professional and courteous. Went on a Saturday, expexcting long wait turns. Not at all. Waited less than 5 minutes in line, once handing over my key, wait time was literally less than 20 min. I put 20 min, because it was that fast. Probably 15min. During that time, once the car was inside the garage, another team member, came and explained my car uses synthetic oil and gave me a cost. I will definitely use their services again.

I almost turned around and left because they were so busy. But I decided to stay and enquirer about an oil change anyways. I had called around to several places who all told me about a 2 to 3 hour weight. Even with as busy as they were they had me in and out in 30 minutes. The customer service was incredible. They didn’t shove all kinds of products and services down my throat. Just changed my oil, replaced my filter, topped off all of my fluids and aired up my tires for $25 bucks. The price and service here is worth not taking to a high end fancy auto shop that is over priced. Will be back for sure.

My boyfriend got an oil change, paid $50, yes I said $50, for high mileage oil and drove around for less than an hour, his truck started smoking. Came home and checked and it had 8 quarts of oil in the engine! Had to drain and I paid for a new bottle that cost another $25, which was not high mileage. The new oil was black as can be when he drained it. We both called and said that we wanted our money back.. They said no. And was talking to me like I was an idiot and didnt know how an oil change worked, just because I am a female. The manager, Travis, told me to come up there with the new container and the receipt to the oil I bought and was gonna give me my money back.. Once again treated like I didnt know what I was talking about. Made me late for work and ended up spending almost $80! For one oil change. My boyfriend continued looking at his truck and the oil filter was not put on tight enough, either. Sorry people and I suggest everyone to take their cars somewhere else because these people have no clue what they are doing.

I needed a tune up on a used car I bought, but I wasnt prepared for the price I paid! I shouldve just bought the spark plugs and wires and paid a shade tree to put them on for me!

They were great only twenty-five for a standard oil change I got there at 4:30 they close at 6 all the other oil change places when at 45 and up for standard oil change and nobody would take me in because I said it was too late and it was 4:30I called precision at 4:45 and they got me right in like I said it was 25 for the oil change and they topped off all my fluids and checked definitely will be going back

I had my oil/filter changed and wiper blades installed. The service was prompt but the job was really sloppy. My truck was returned with several grease spots on the driver-side floor mat. Also, a significant amount of oil was spilled in my engine compartment and dripped in my garage. I had to get under my truck to see if they had tightened the drain plug and try to clean the oil they spilled. I will not be going back to Precision Tune.

As always, my visit to Precision Auto Care was quick and efficient. I was in and out in no time and even enjoyed a nice conversation with the staff.

Took my car there for a diagnostics test. They said I needed a tune up, front brake service, and ignition wires. Charged me $626.41. Said recommended services are new rotors, a oil change when ready and trans flush. Had to take it back the next day to redo the brakes and get new rotors. After doing this service, the manager Travis then had a whole list of repairs that needed to be done to my car totaling over $1200! When just before I only needed three services! Also stated my transmission was slipping, yet couldnt tell me the problem because they cant check my type of transmission. Total con artists! Taking my business elsewhere!

Above and beyond. Was on my way home to Greenville, NC and serpentine belt and tensioner broke. I overheated. They close at 5 but are staying open late to get it repaired for me so I can get home. They did not have to do that. Also, very friendly. Was very upset at getting stranded and theyve put me at ease. Easily recommend this place if you want great customer service and honest people.

I came in to have my transmission serviced, my oil changed, some filters changed and my tires rotated and balanced. I got here at 1pm and it is now 3:23pm and my car is not done. They forgot to rotate my tires and balance them so I told them to just forget it and Im still waiting for them to do my oil change. This is ridiculous never will I ever bring my car here again!

Do not get your car serviced here. I took my car in to have it serviced for a check engine light and an electronic throttle light and the manager personally serviced my car. We left the shop and ths car worked fine- we drove it to Charlotte NC and it started to show the same problems. I had to get a rental vehicle to get back home and when I went to talk to the manager he stated that THOSE LIGHTS WERENT ON IN MY CAR WHEN HE FIXED IT! I even took the liberty of calling corporate and I was shocked that they backed him on the decision to not return my money or fix my vehicle properly. I ended up getting it fixed elsewhere and having to spend an additional 600 dollars.

Service was speedy , but my last visit wasnt good, my car started over heating ,I went in for a premium oil change where my fluids were supposed to be topped off, turns out all they did was changed my oil n I needed coolant

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First, they tried to say I needed an engine flush because something is wrong with where my oil drains. I didnt believe him so he took me under the hood. He removed the valve and nothing but oil came out, which he stated was new oil he just put in. I then told him that Id been doing alot of driving including to Washington D.C. and Charleston, SC since my last oil change. So, my oil should be real low. He agreed then kept talking but something irrelevant. Before I got my oil changed I asked the same mechanic if he would look at my rear tires due to a scratching noise I heard from driving(Precision Tunes looks over your car for free with an oil change THE ONLY REASON WHY I WENT THERE, Jiffy Lube IS WAY BETTER). He agreed, so after the oil situation, he said he couldnt tell but if I paid a $65 diagnostic then they could get to the bottom of it and if they do the work the $65 fee would be waived. I said cool, why not find out whats wrong with everything in my car? 20minutes later, they told me I had $1,800 worth of work that needed to be done. My two front struts(which need replacement), two rear shocks(which need replacement), coolant flush(dont need), differential work?????, and new exhaust(dont need). I talked to my mechanic backhome, Im a college student at USC, and he told me that I didnt need half the work! I end up getting it checked out by another mechanic and he confirmed and stated he could fix my struts and shocks for $320 total because thats the only thing thats wrong with my car.

I took both of my cars here, service was just like any other place, the only thing I noticed was a big time fire code, the manager was allowing a advance auto parts employee to smoke in the shop, right next to my vehicle,

They try to sell you everything. Never perform complimentary fluid top offs. They ALWAYS leave grease and oil smudges on steering wheel, door handles, and sometimes upholstery.
