This is one of my favorite gyms ever. You need help...they got it! Prices are fair and they have lots of services too. Lots of free weights, plenty of racks, clean and doesnt smell like a locker room either. Got my body scanned and it was crazy all of the stuff i learned about my own body just from one scan!! Definitely a great gym to look into if you are thinking about joining a gym!

We’ve been trying to cancel at this gym for 2 years because we moved to a different state. Everyone is nice when you call but nothing gets done. Trying again today to send the requested letter. Maybe the 3rd time is the charm. Of course, they keep taking our money even though we haven’t set foot in the gym for over 2 years.

A really good gym that has plenty of weights and cardio equipment. Individual instruction available and workout classes are scheduled throughout the day. Gets a bit crowded after 4 in the afternoon but thats the only real drawback. Worth the money for a membership

Ok second time the Mean old lady let me use the free pass they adversities but she acts like you know she is personally paying for the power bill at the club, I assure you she is not. The man I spoke to was a little nicer but she is just so rigid. Lighten up. It’s a nice gym but very loud upstairs if just want to tread in peace while the classes are going on with irritating music. Also a little taken aback that she told me I could drop my nephew at 14 and just leave for the day, I guess she’s assuming I’m neglectful, who knows, my nephew is not being dropped at any gym where they hardly crack a smile. You can’t lure me with some special with Mellow Mushroom either, how about a special with healthier food for a gym membership. Whatever. If she was a wee bit nicer and not acting like it was killing her to allow people to use the free pass I would have maybe been back. Nope. Sorry.

This gym is not only well equipped for all your needs, they also have great ownership and friendly staff! Great gym for ANY person!

Great place to start your workout journey. I love the environment and the people that work there. Always friendly and helpful. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star, it that it does get super busy. That is due to it popularity.

Really not happy that I paid so much to join, some are fine with this gym but personally theres a lot lacking hereRunning list of complaints- no neutral grip bars at all for cables. Literally none-consistantly uncomfortably hot inside- cable machines are uneven, some pull harder some are more slack-the pullies drag so any smooth motion is difficult-the bars and handles are cheap and have no grip-leg press machine is awkwardly small and cramped- there are not enough handles for the cables, there is constantly one cable machine without a handle- the music is old

Great value and the staff make you feel cared about whether or not youre there. The classes are a great value and good for people of all levels. I wish Id found this place sooner.

Clean and complete gym at an affordable price. Good choices of both free weights and both weight and cardio machines besides all the other things. I wish their hours were a little more longer on weekends.

Read everything before you sign! They will not let you out of a contract even if your high schooler just turned 18 and had no idea what he was even signing. Hard lesson learned I guess since he’ll be paying on this for a year even when he leaves for college in a few months.

Signed up for a 7 day pass with my fiancé and received email confirmation. My fiancé was denied access on the 6th day. I called to inquire as to why he was denied since we were both planning on coming in the 7th day. The woman who answered the phone immediately became argumentative. I was told to call again in the morning to talk to the GM because she just walked in and didnt know what was going on. She was very aggressive and didnt even try to find a solution, even though she said she was the manager. I told her I didnt understand why she was being so aggressive. She hung up. Clearly the staff is not willing to help customers. My fiancé really liked the weights/equipment and wanted to signup, but at this point not worth the poor customer service.

Had a couple issues with the club and mixed messages about whether I could extend the contract. The GM called me to clarify and make sure we were taken care of. I’ve adjusted me review because of the care they took to help. Go ahead and give the gym a try!

Would give it 5 stars, but its benches are too narrow and split for me. Other than that its always being cleaned and staff seems friendly.

My husband and I’s experience at Crunch was just...okay. The facility has a decent amount of equipment, but not enough space for people during peak hours. The gym opens at 4pm on weekdays (which was odd) but I believe this is due to Covid-19.Speaking of Covid-19, the employees wear masks and take temperatures however, NONE of the members wear masks. When you are working out on the main floor it is easy to feel cramped and isn’t the best scenario in a pandemic.We were looking for a less expensive route, but depending on what plan you get you can end up paying a lot in the enrollment fees. We decided to cancel after 2 weeks of being there. It just wasn’t the right fit for us. One of our memberships was a contract. We figured we would be given some grace sense it was LESS than a month. When we spoke to management they told us you had to cancel within 72 hours of joining. They did not tell us this whenever we had initially joined. It seemed like they made it up on the spot.This to me is unacceptable. How is anyone going to know if a gym is the right fit for them in just 3 days!?

Great Crunch! I travel for work and have been to 20-30 Crunches nationwide. This is up there on the list. Large, new, clean, organized.

I went to train here for a day after being years since i have trained here. Back then it was Golds Gym and i must admit i was sad to see the name change but i will be honest this gym does have very nice equipment very clean and friendly staff. from a lifting prospective the bench press is very nice and straight the machines are nice blue shiny look the grips on them are a little thick but overall very effective. I did not see any free wight shoulder presses that i like to see but plenty of stuff to get those shoulders going i suppose. Lots of great squat racks and nice wood dead lifting platforms. As i myself focus mostly on power lifting movements this gym has what i need. It also has crossfit/Olympic weightlifting area as well. I do use chalk when i lift but i only trained for one day so i can not say if staff would have bothered me on that or not. The bathrooms are very nice or should i say locker rooms very nice and clean a very higher class gym. Membership prices range but are very reasonable for such a nice gym almost like a lifetime fitness feel with the massage chairs and overall cleanliness. Great beautiful gym to train in a beautiful area of the valley.

I like how they recently renovated the entire gym, new equipment and everything. Staffing is not up to par like it should be. Front desk attendants are usually really nice but one in particular does not even stand at the front desk. She sits on the couch on her phone every time I see her. Having to wait for her to actually look up when I want to tan. I signed up with the cheapest membership (with a contract) but wanted to upgrade for tanning which was done (with another contract). I started working at another facility that allowed me to tan for free so I ended up not needing the upgrade but refused to downgrade me saying it was in the contract I couldn’t downgrade. How is it fair I can upgrade but not downgrade even though I want to keep my membership and will give them business for a full year? I’ve asked repeatedly but they said they’ll let me know to get me to stop asking. They said it was in the contract which I can understand they’re following policy but that’s kind of robbery seeing that they never mentioned I was not allowed to downgrade like any other gym. After working at another gym, I realize how dirty everything really is there. The machines have dust and sweat stuck where there shouldn’t be. I pick my phone off the floor with dust and dirt all over it. The water fountains are caked in build up. It’s a decent gym minus cleanliness and customer service.

Came back after moving away for a couple years on a job, looks like they reevaluated the financial situation with the contract and let bygones be bygones. I have membership at 2 other local gyms and Crunch is by far my favorite. Even when the volume of members is high, it doesnt feel as crowded as the other gyms because of the square footage. This gym offers alot for a very reasonable rate. I recommend the highest tier, its well worth it. The only thing I wish was different are the hours, I work long nights and by time Im up on Saturday theyre closing. Would be great to have 24/7 access . The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Happy to be back. :)

Best gym in town

I absolutely was not made aware of a 1 year contract when I signed up. I specifically asked (I think her name is Judy) if there was a contract, because I wasnt sure if I would be staying in the area and it may be temporary. She told me on multiple occasions there was no contract. So now I have to move and I call to cancel and they tell me Im in a contract for a year. Im so beyond upset. The contract was the reason I didnt just go with planet fitness and I especially told her this information. I cannot stand dishonest business practices. UNLESS there is a partner location in just about EVERY city I do not feel a gym should be able to not have a cancellation policy. With this location you just have to pay the remaining months- which is ridiculous for a membership you will not use. Other than that you choose this gym for the classes and the childcare option is nice. Cleanliness could use improvement, but daytime staff is good, nighttime not so much.

Love it Nice equipment, Nice staff, equals a great workout. The cross fit area is 💯 and you don’t have to do it you can mix up your routine there. Depending on timing you can access all the machines you need without someone hogging it up. It ain’t all that talking going on folk grind in there 💪🏿💪🏿 Lots of cardio machines a Ab room and even the showers are nice

This place is great! Its fitted with 2 different sized studio, a private weight area for women, and tons of different machines to use. You dont have to be a gym rat to enjoy this place and its amazing for casual fitness lovers.

Great place to workout and at very reasonable prices!! They have 3 different price points for members and the cheapest is $9.99 per month which is what I have. The staff is super friendly and they do not try to pressure you into purchasing any other packages that you do not want. The other packages are only $19.99 and $29.99 per month which include the weekly classes, tanning, etc..... Two levels of lots of fitness equipment, along with, a couple studios for classes such as spin or cycle. It will be getting all new equipment in the next few months which will make it that much better. Highly recommend this place for both beginners and the seasoned veterans!

The location is great, it has a huge parking lot and is pretty close everything in town. The equipment is well maintained, and the locker room is nice and clean.

Currently going through renovations, a good amount of equipment though slightly older. Remodeled locker rooms are great. Very friendly staff.

The 9.95 advertisement is not exactly true. There is added initiation fee of 50$ and then you are obligated for a calendar year. No easy cancelling options available even if you move. Management not willing to work with extenuating situations at all. Very expensive and frustrating experience.

Awesome gym, I went with a friend and would go there regularly if it were closer to where I live.

.I like coming to work out but yesterday, I went to the womens section and the previous equipment has been removed and replaced with old equipment from down stairs. I am so disappointed and frustrated. They need to put the previous equipment back.

Formerly Golds Gym, despite closing down as a gold and reopening you are still charged and threatend with collections. Not only is it turned to chrunch fitness, they charge you under golds gym with the 30$ fee despite now charging a lower membership rate.When you are required to sign a contract to go to a gym, there is nothing good to come from it. Quite literally stealing my money.

Not a flagship Crunch. Front desk told me locker room/ showers have been under construction for a few weeks and it will be a couple more. How can a gym have no lockers/showers for 5 weeks? Nothing about the people just the location.
