Calling to see if a trunk is available to rent. On hold, transferred several times already. Service is quite impossible. 4th person, O , there is noone in tool rental right now so I dont think you can rent a truck OMG

Worked there before, and now going there no one will help me. Any time I try to ask for help no one comes. In the isle for tile for 20 minutes waiting for someone after they paged them TWICE. No one came so I left. Another time, I rented a sander from the guy who is in charge of the who shindig, he rented me half of the machine. That was over 150 lb, and didnt help me take it out. The beast stood there on his phone talking crap with his friends. Not only did he waste over $200 by selling me something that was never gonna work, he didnt help me carry the damn thing. A huge bulky machine. And he was the manager who should know better. So i hope they fired him and got some new staff. Every time I bought something there in the last two years, it had problems and every person in the store made me feel like its my fault and its not their problem to deal with at all.

Tool rental department is super rude on the phone. Stated they, Dont have time to answer my questions because they have actual customers in the store
