THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLY UNORGANIZED. After requesting alterations to their lease and them failing to make changes for 6 days we sent in a edited version of their lease signed on 1-13-19 with the goal of a move in date of of 1-15-19. We were finally contacted by the real decision maker John on 1-22-19 saying that he wouldnt sign our lease, after we were repeatedly being told by his brother Sean that everything was fine. So it took over 2 full weeks for the John to reach out to us to discuss the lease. They attempted a counter offer that made 1 edit to the original lease. Furthermore as of 1-22-19 the office space wasnt even ready. The left hand doesnt know what the right is doing. Not being willing to negotiate a lease and being honest up front is fine. Misleading people telling them everything is fine and taking multiple weeks to get in contact with the real decision makers is a joke.
