Horrifying experience. Scheduled for a suspension upgrade. Quoted 4 hours of service.Went there by the end of day to see what was wrong. Car was jacked up on the body (body damage, the car was not lifted on the jacking points). Got my car next day and realized lots of clunks. Had to take the car to the Dealership, they found that none of the Bolts were torqued to spec. brake like was disconnected, my ride height sensor was broken, and the cow/engine cover was loose inside the engine bay.Very disappointed that they even took the job.Nice people, but the service was a nightmare.

My personal experience was an living nightmare.(1)I went in to have a feul pump replaced, ok upgrade (2) And 2-oxygen sensors.Because my check engine light was on,afther replcing them.The check engine light still persisted.I was told then that my USC-COMPUTER, Was destroyed because of burnt wire (While car was still fully functional-drivable)3-weeks now without an car.And a new computer would cost me over $2,000 I finally take my car to another shop.I find out the 2- oxygen sensors cant be the same, upper or lower, and all the problem was mischaracterized sensor which needed to be replaced, afther replacing it no engine check light, and smogged it 2-hours later.BE WHEREFUL OF MISDIAGNOSIS
