They couldn’t find my order and I had to call the initial store where I bought tires to talk to them make them go through all tracking and email me all for nothing they found order. Then had to wait for a 3 hours on the chair (while I was told one hour) all to change 2 (!!) tires. They got the second star Bc I was able to deliver those tires to them although after all the price was about the same as everywhere else. Go to the place where people respect your time.

Went in looking for best deal possible as I am Senior on fixed income. Though problem occurred with initial tire choice Eddie/ Service Mgr made it right I was able to upgrade to better quality tire at price I wanted. Thx guys your assist was MUCH appreciated!!!

They do a good job but they get 2 Stars for how long they take to service your car⭐⭐This place takes for ever!! Even if you come early in the morning. I dont know if they are understaffed or always slammed with cars they have to work on. But even for a simple tire rotation to an oil change to getting new tiers you will be stick here for a long long time. Bring food have your phone fully charged and take a restroom break before dropping off your car.

Made an 0800 appointment by phone, arrived on time and was informed that I had to reschedule due to the mechanics not arriving until 4 that afternoon. I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous. I will never go back to that place again.Edit: I was called by someone who’s name I cannot remember and he offered to fix the issue with great customer service. I still won’t return and already mad an appointment elsewhere, but I felt as though this extra effort in retaining my business should be noted.

LA Quinta store reps are very nice and try to help anyway possible. Tire installers are fast! However, the district manager Jason is a complete a-hole! He is very disrespectful to women. I have bought tires for my last 2 vehicles here and ecause of him I will probably not use American Tire Depot again.

Carlos was very friendly and his goal was first and foremost customer satisfaction. I received great advise and a great price on my tire of choice. They ordered the size I GAVE THEM. When I brought the vehicle in to install the tires the installer noticed I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. CARLOS SAID IT HAPPENS WE WILL ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE AND HE WOULD CALL WHEN THEY CAME IN. I felt horrible and apologized to him and the installer. They were so courteous and made me fell better about my mistake. I came back the next day and all worked out. My favorite vehicle service and repair station...their work is invariably thorough, they are trustworthy and they offer great value for money...the only issue is capacity...I’ve never seen more than one person on the Service Reception desk nor more than two Mechanics working...so be prepared for a long wait...regardless, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the West Coachella Valley.

Good experience here. Sam was friendly and helped me on the phone and didn’t push anything I may not have needed. Once I got to location, David helped me out and explained things and gave me the same quote Sam gave me. I was fortunate the shop wasn’t too busy that morning. The wait wasn’t too bad for replacement of 4 tires, alignment check and safety check (2 hrs). David explained everything well once the work was done. Shop has a decent bathroom. And a TV if that’s your thing. Located near cafes and restaurants (I recommend Santorini). Also across from a great thrift store, Revivals.

I blew a tire on my way down to Cathedral City. I was referred to American Tire by an ex who lives in nearby Joshua Tree. Im so glad I asked him as they proved to be superb. They not only worked within my budget but then, when there was a delay due to the Holidays, they reduced the price further. They were friendly, professional and they made a fuss of my doggy companion, Bailey. What more could one ask for? :)Highly recommended.

Ed. The manager at American Tire Depot in Cathedral City, gave me a better deal than American Tire and Subaru. I got four 4 tires replaced (Falcon) for my 2019 Subaru (26,700k) Ascent. I got 75k miles warranty tires. I Saved over $200. Free repair, rotation too.

I had. Terrible experience at a different fire depot location that I just wanted to have my money refunded. I took my personal car in to try them out before I committed my business fleet vehicles. The first store failed but the second store in cathedral city California was phenomenal. The manager took it upon himself and told me Im going to make this right for you in one second. Thank you Eddie and his staff I dont mind at all the extra to get the job done right. He is a true manager that didnt hesitate to make the decision by having to get approval from corporate office he just did it. I was so impressed I wen ahead and bought all 4 tires and tha made the price all the better.I dont want to forget to give highlight to his staff because they are all very hard workers and they are very serious which I expect and exceed my expectations.

My wife and I realized we needed an oil change while running errands. We Googled and found a business that had good reviews. I walked in and was very clear that we were pressed for time and asked how long it would take. He said he would take us “right away” and it would be about 35 minutes. Sounded completely reasonable and we signed in after confirming the price. My wife and I were outside watching our car in the bay for over 25 minutes completely unattended. There seemed to be no sense of urgency, and certainly little communication in regards to time constraints. At this point my wife was quite irritated and we decided we would cancel the service. I then ended up waiting in the lobby for additional time, while one employee was helping another customer - and the other on his cell phone. After a couple minutes of standing there, the employee looks up from his cell phone and asks if I needed anything. I said yes, I’d like to cancel the service. We head outside together to get the vehicle. It’s been well over 30 minutes since our arrival and nothing had even been started. I explain to the employee why we were leaving, mentioning the quoted time and how there are 4 employees joking and laughing together while on their phones. He explains that they were in “a class.” I mention to him that I have never seen a class conducted like that, and that I don’t understand why I was told my vehicle would be taken “right away” if there was some sort of scheduled class. My wife and I honestly assumed they were all on break at the same time because they were laughing so much - which I knew didn’t make sense. There was absolutely no apology. Just an “OK” when I confirmed I would like the vehicle back. I’m just slightly upset over the experience - maybe more annoyed. With 6 employees working, there should have been no excuses. It certainly wasn’t very busy. All I can say is we obviously won’t be returning. The wait was unacceptable, but the icing on the cake are the employees fiddling on their cell phone while I’m actively standing in line waiting for acknowledgement. I really hate leaving reviews like this, but sometimes it’s the only way a business can understand. From my point of view, we were lied to and had our time wasted. Had we received a sincere apology, this review most likely wouldn’t have gone up.

Had an appointment at 1 for an alignment. Car was pulled into the bay at 1:05. Whole thing took maybe 30-45 minutes. Awesome service. I would recommend.

Id like to take the time to give props to J. REYES at the Cathedral City center for helping me out. I made an appointment 4 days in advance to reserve a set of tires I was interested in. When I arrived, my appointment wasnt registered in the system despite me having a confirmation email. The tires I reserved were never ordered due to the appointment not being registered. However he took care of my by selling me better tires for the same price. I then applied for the credit line and was approved. However due to issues on the credit lenders side, I wasnt able to use that new line of credit but he made calls to see what could be done and remained professional about it. Customer service like that is very much appreciated these days. It wouldve been great if I could have used the line of credit at that moment but seeing as it was an issue out of their hands Im not going to subtract a star from this rating. I walked away satisfied with shiny new tires.

Eddie was very helpful. They are very busy there. The Alignment comes with a warranty which I do need to use as my car is still pulling a bit to the right so that is the reason for the 4 not a 5 star rating as it is a bit inconvenient for me to have to go back.

Six months ago, my dealership stated that I needed new tires and brakes. I elected to get a second opinion and quote for the necessary work. Thats when I first met Julio Reyes, the manager at American Tire Depot. He inspected the tires and the brakes and told me that both were in good condition and that I should return in 4-6 months to have them reexamined. I did that today and purchased three tires and got one free. Savings on tires over my dealership price. $300. He found that my brakes pads still had good wear and suggested I come back in 3 or 4 months to have them rechecked. The Tire Depot will be my go-to-place for tires, brakes, oil change, etc. from now on. I love honesty and integrity as well as professional, courteous service, and I got it. I’ve done business with tire depot for 10plus years. And ALWAYS received GREAT service. Went to get tires for a 1997 escort. Prior to me taking the car in I had new shocks struts breaks put on the car. The price for the tires was way cheaper there than anywhere else. These guys dropped my car as they where trying to get it to the lift to align the wheels. Technicians noticed that I saw when they dropped my car and said “that dent that’s on the bottom of the car was already there” They where trying to make it seem like it was my fault that they dropped my car. When they where taking my car out I noticed that the breaks where screeching when it wasn’t doing it before. They Didn’t even offer to fix or try to make it better. Worst service I’ve ever received there that time. Never again will i do business with them.

Wish I could give these guys 10 stars! I landed here before a long-distance trip and received exceptional service. The ford service department down the street had promised to fill my tires and check them before I got on the road (in and out in 20 minutes they said.... ha!) When I got there, the service intake guy laughed at me and said Id be waiting for at least a few hours. I asked for a recommendation of another place I could go and they sent me to American Tire Depot. When I got there, I asked Julio if there was someone who could show me how to fill my tires on my truck and teach me how to do it. He put me in touch with the service crew (they are ALL amazing) -- and one gentleman showed me where to check what the appropriate PSI was (on the doorframe), how to make sure my tires were still safe (all about tread, year bought, etc), and then how to use the air-pressure/filler. He made sure I understood -- told me about the great tire specials and also their oil change deals - all with a smile on his face -- and completely non-patronizing (Im a woman, and I own a Ford F150, so I often get shade at auto places). They were delightful! I tried to pay and they wouldnt let me - Happy to help! and they sent me on my way. Since that time, Ive sent one friend there for tires, recommended them to several of my other friends, and Ive canceled my Ford service plan because Im switching my oil changes to this team. If you need a trustworthy, knowledgeable team to work with - go to American Tire Depot! They are amazing!

When you call, a sales department that is not on location answers. They make appointments they cannot honor. They will sell tires that are not in stock because their computer says theyre available. The sales dept. Blames the shop, then the shop blames the sales dept. Two bad experiences.

Good service i went in pretty close to closing time Tyler and front office sales jesse employee fixed my slow leaking tire. They showed me the problem and fixed it. I recommend the shop and they have good prices on tires too.
