This guy is a THIEF!! He offers the most expensive OLED screen with a protector (which is a thin piece of junk). The glass broke the next day and he didn’t offer to replace it OR refund me. He should be put out of business for his unethical methods. Don’t take your business to him. Robber!

Cuong is not super friendly but he is a master at fixing iPhones. He fixed my charging port for $80. No one else would even do it in the area. Best of all he fixed it in 1 hour, that was great since I drove 45 minutes to get here.

Issue: home button click was loud, screen intermittently did not respond to touch. Also, scrolling would sometimes freeze.Apple store said too many drops. Needs new insides at over $300. Recommended replacing entire phone.Imagine my surprise when U & I said the problem was in the display. I decided to have him do the screen replacement (with OEM replacement display). He threw in a replacement home button. Repair was timely and reasonable. Phone is perfect again!

Please work on your customer service as I shouldn’t have had to post a review of a negative experience before someone offered to rectify the situation. However I was told they only use aftermarket parts, so if you are okay with that then I will recommend U & iPhone repair solely based upon affordability.DO NOT come here to get any iphone screen replaced. At first, I thought these guys were honest and quick when I got my cracked screen replaced. The guy even put a free screen protector on.Fast forward, a few months later I try to take off and change my screen protector (to a higher quality one) and as I am removing the protector provided by U & iphone repair, my phone screen begins to peel off with the screen protector!!!Extremely cheap materials were used and I have never had this happen with any other iphone screen repair. To make matters worse, I contact the business to tell them what happened and the guy was super rude over the phone. He says that if this has happened within 90 days, then they will fix it. When I left the shop, on the day I got my screen replaced no one mentioned anything about a 90 day warranty! Extreme lack of customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I had an awesome experience here at the repair shop with a price and wait time that cant. At other places Ive seen repairs go for 150+ but here I was able to get my IPhone 6+ for only 115. Hopefully I wont be breaking my phone again, but if I do I know where to go!

After breaking my iPhone 6s Plus screen, I took it here to replace the screen. The service was quick and the screen worked again, or at least I thought it did. Later that day after the sun went down, I began to notice that the screen seemed darker than it used to be, but it didnt bother me that much. The next day, while playing a video, I noticed it got really dark when the phone is in landscape, which was slightly annoying. After increasing the brightness, I noticed the colors started looking really weird, and finally it got so bad that I was almost unable to see anything on the screen.Being a Castro Valley resident, I want to support local businesses, so I went back in and showed him the phone. Without even inspecting it, he said you damaged the phone by pressing too hard. Maybe thats true, but I try to be careful and not press too hard. Obviously I broke the screen in the first place, but overall Id say Im pretty careful with this $1000 phone.His customer service skills are terrible. He flat-out refused to fix it without me having to pay full-price for another repair. Since the first repair was a dud, I didnt want to pay full-price and have another issue, so I took it to the Apple Store. Apple charged $25 more than this shop, but they did an excellent job. They thoroughly tested the phone before accepting it for service, and then they thoroughly tested it and calibrated it after replacing the screen with a factory screen. Now the screen is bright and clear, Im very happy.Long story short, I dont like to bash people online, but I would definitely not recommend going here for a phone repair. Maybe you can go here for a case or something, if youre desperate, but his product quality is really bad, and his customer service sucks.

Quick and reasonable. I dropped my IPad and broke the screen. $115 to get it replaced as oppose to spending another $300+ for a new one. The iPad was like a brand new one after repair.

Brought in my old iphone 5 to get repaired so I could give to my mom to use. The problem was with the charging port that had intermittent contact. They were able to fix it within 1/2 hour at a reasonable price. Also, they were able to find me a case that fit it well.

This is my second time coming (yes, unfortunately broke my screen twice already) but fortunately I found this place which was recommended to me from a co worker. I have a iPhone 6, and I could say my phone looks like new when it is fixed considering the fact that I brought it almost completely shattered. The wait could be quite long, a little over 40 minutes, but in his new location there is plenty to do in the mean while. I like how he explained AND demonstrated the difference between quality the first time I came which is why Im here again. Price wise, I think the prices are fair. As you can tell, I do recommend this place for any iPhone repair.

I cracked my IPhone 6S Plus case about two months ago. It seems like Ive been calling forever to different repair places, but the prices were just unbelievable. I called, was quoted a price(which was the Cheapest), and immediately took my phone over to be fixed. The man had wonderful customer service and extremely professional. My iPhone 6 Plus had a crack screen. The guy charge $125 for repair. Didnt notice after the repair. But a day later the same crack reapprears. Took it back to him.he said the crack is not his fault. And I have to pay another repair fee for $100.but the it was never repair at the first place.I will never come back to this place.

I called ahead of time to check prices and was quoted $95 to have my iPhone 6 screen repaired. I immediately went to the shop because it was close to home and other places were charging $120+. My phone was assessed to see if there was any issues with the LCD. No issues. He informed me the service will take approximately 30 mins. I waited in my car and in 30 mins my phone was ready. It looks brand new! I liked the quick fast service.

Really bad service. The shop asked me to pay $105 to replace my cracked iPhone screen 2 weeks after they changed it for $156 knowing that it’s still under 90 days warranty. They don’t hold responsible for any damage happens to your phone after they repair it or touch it.Extremely bad service & not recommended.

We went there to repair my iphone 6 but he gave me a phone that looked exactly like mine saying that it was ours. we were getting suspicious when my apple id couldnt unlock the phone. we looked at the imei # and it wasnt the same as the imei on the box my iphone came with. we went back there, stating the issue, but he kept on insisting that that was the only gold iphone 6 he has, that i probably gave him a different box. after minutes of arguing, i decided to get my moms iphone and report my iphone lost in front of him. He went to the backroom immediately and COINCIDENTALLY found my, now reported lost, iphone (still broken). (but he said there were no other gold iphone 6s and he said he fixed it sooo ??) He gave us our money back, a 50% off coupon, and decided to fix my phone for free. After 30 mins, he said he couldnt fix it. All that was shady to me, but you be the judge.

Anything wrong with your phone you need to take it to this repair shop. They will do a great job on it or tell they can not and both are appropriate depending on your issue.

Thanks to Quan for doing a repair on my ipad, my ipad was severely damaged from screen and metal casing i had purchased a screen online and tried to do the repair myself but in the process of the removal i damaged the wifi antenna the power and volume buttons. my ipad was soooo bad i shouldve taken a before and after pic, i honestly think Quan felt sorry for me cause i dont think he made much money from repairing it. He did quality service, my ipad is now unrecognizable do to the fact that my ipad now looks brand new he added a new screen, metal case and repaired the damage i caused from trying to do it myself. i am glad i went to U & iPhone for the repair the shop does quality work for reasonable cost. I will go back if I ever need this kind of service.

UniRepair is very reliable and they get the job done quickly. I have had multiple iphones & i always drop it lol... Everytime my screen breaks i bring it here.
